UPDATE 04/14/2024
I waited almost 30 min for a "specialty" beverage. Excuse #132... "the person before you ordered the exact same drink. I thought it was the same one." Well, my snails paced, ray of sunshine... Don't come out and ask!! You might actually have to converse with a real human being. It took nearly 30 min for that short little conversation to get started. I was just getting ready to go up front to ask for a refund. Does he not realize the orders are time stamped?? It had already been RED for 20 min. With the other Wawa closed for upgrades/ renovations, I will be going to the one in Poinciana or LBV. It'll be worth the extra drive.
Yet another sub par Wawa...NO coffee. Excuse, we're busy, it'll take 20-30 min if you can wait (not THAT long). Another totally disgusting bathroom. Only 1 working toilet, the floor was littered with bloody toilet paper, and the seat was covered in feces. The non flushing toilet was piled up past the seat with toilet paper and paper seat covers. EWWW... Find another location. Again, no pics too gross to post. I've seen cleaner outhouses and porta-potties.

They actually had coffee this time, only 2 pots, but two is better than a big fat 0. I ordered a sub, requested pepper, watched him make the sub, so far so good, until he got to the pepper part, correct me if I'm wrong... the pepper goes on the inside of the sub, right? Well...in this case the sub was on its side. He sprinkled the pepper on the outside of the bun sigh. THEN the guy that rang me up at the register let me know, verbally, that today wasn't a good day for him. Ugh... while I'm sitting in the car eating my cheesesteak sub I got to watch him blow his nose, look at the contents of the napkin, blow it again, look again, THEN I got to watch him actually PICK HIS NOSE, WHILE STANDING BEHIND THE REGISTER! When he was done he started putting returned cigars away behind him, wait on more people, WITHOUT EVER USING HAND SANITIZER OR WASHING HIS HANDS. I will never, ever...
Read moreThe manager "Luis" needs some more training on customer service. I was on my was home from work and attempted to stop to get my kids some doughnuts from another wawa down the road but they were virtually out didn't have anything my kids liked. I called ahead to this location because i really don't want to be in and out of a lot of different places if I can help it. The manager answers the phone and when I start asking about their doughnut selection he just hangs up on me. I called back and figured that maybe, just maybe, the call was dropped and he didn't actually hang up on me. When I ask if he had heard my question he said "yes and I put you on hold" I started to tell him that it is usually nice to be told you are being put on hold but before I could finish he hung up on me again.
I stopped at the store and spoke to him about it and all he got upset with me and all he said to me was "I didn't hand up on you". He offered no explanation or apology. He just stood there and stared at me.
I walked away to go purchase the last doughnuts i will ever buy from this company. Yes the doughnuts are more expensive other places but I guess you get what you pay for.
I have no idea what his issues are but because of him the rest of the people who work there get lumped in with this one...
Read moreIt's been almost a year since my last visit to any Wawa store it's just become too inconvenient. Today I needed something I knew I could get there and not at DD my normal morning stop. I put together my order on the app choosing this location for the items I wanted (passing another store closer to me and way more convenient to my commute.) I placed my order as curb side pick up, part of my reasoning for stopping my almost daily visits was my handicaps that prevented me from carrying things back to the car. I waited over half an hour then called the store to tell them I was out front. Nothing. Called again after another 15 minutes and was hung up on. Called back got manager who apologised and brought my order out. Said it didnt come thru as curb side. If I had been told that first we could have worked thru the error. On to my order... my coffee assuming it had been sitting as long as I had was still warm, I really dont think it was made as ordered. I also ordered 2 bottles of iced tea (diet lemon, was my choice but I guess I pick diet half n half cause that's what I got). I dont know if itll be another year but it will be a while before I return again. Sad very sad... and where were the...
