Bravo Supermarkets — Local services in Kissimmee

Do not visit this Bravo supermarket. They place weekly specials on there site and then they do not want to honor it. The cashier and the manager refused to honor their own specials listed on their website and wanted to use the same old excuse that "china" did not make their shipments ( the products in question were Pepsi products produced in the US). Because my wife initially started the complaint in English, they started to talk amongst themselves about my wife in Spanish (we are Puerto Ricans) so when we told them, in Spanish, that we understood every word they said a blank stare came upon their faces and they did not know what else to do. At the end of all this, we left without the products because they would not honor the sale so we went to another Bravo supermarket and got the products at the published sale.

I've been visiting this specific location on Michigan for years, but will no longer buy from them because of their la k of integrity and customer service. Not to mention, the rudeness that was expressed in Spanish when they thought we...

It is sad that amidst the pandemic Bravo supermarket does not seem to care that much about their customers. I was there for 15 minutes trying to buy some plantains... i was over charged. But while waiting Bravo management allowed four (4) clients to come in and served them with no masks. It as if nothing was going on!

The parking lot, well is ample but like any other location with great prices ... Good fortune finding a spot. The prices of the produce are $, $$. The produce are fresh as well as the meat. The bathrooms need a little work. Although clean there are papers throughout. The butcher shop is spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The cafeteria is a great location to see and enjoy an excellent plate of Latin food. The food...

I would give a better rating, but I go to bravo for lunch when I work. I order the same thing, which is the 6.99 lunch special. Every time I go, the price is different. Today I was charged 10.74 for the lunch special. I asked the gentleman working the check out about the price difference. He told me it's because of the weight of the food. I informed him the lunch special is the same and I do not ask for extras. I said my coworkers come and get the same and they are alot smaller than me and only charged 6.99. I said it seem that you all are assuming because I am big, that I got extras. He could not give me an answer. Asked if I was coming the next day, I said I'm not sure. Don't assume because someone is big that they got more food or charge more for being big.
