La Granja Osceola — Restaurant in Kissimmee

They treated me like a thief. I ordered food on door dash for pick up. And when i went to pick it up they told me that they didnt have that order in their system. Then they accused me of having the wrong location. I pulled up the address on the gps and they still tried to argue with me. They finally acknowledged that i did in fact order from that location and proceeded to tell me that someone else picked up the order and that they do not "make food twice ". I even showed them my receipt in the email and where it indicated that it was a pick up order. The ladies at the register even got the manager who barely paid me any mind. I gave up and had doordash refund me. What was supposed to save me time ended up being added stress to my day. If you're non-hispanic and you want to be treated well then do not come here! It's clean, you'll never go wrong with the lunch special, it's always delicious even though the chicken's size is much smaller now bc of " inflation ". ($$). The " tamal" is the ONLY thing that is horrible but the other plates are great and tasteful. The atmosphere could be better but overall the place itself is pretty clean and decent. The personnel is excellent, they're there to work and do it diligently. The cashiers and the girls behind the counter are very nice and fast, the cooks are top notch, courteous and work well together and quiely, the lady that cleans the table does a very good job and is affable. I have to say as a peruvian from new jersey who gets so excited to come to La Granja this was the most tasteless peruvian food ever. I had La Granja from 7699 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32809 on Tuesday and let me tell you something Osceola needs training from them. The other La Granja made it with love and Osceola made it like they could care less. Disappointing because my husband is Cuban and says lets go to Pollo Tropical they have better food.
