A couple months ago I bought a 2018 Audi S5 from this dealer and Kyle was my Salesman. He just started so I wont knock him. But, him and or managers misunderstood the structure of the deal. They set the trade in with money down wrong (due to me wanting a check written back to me and not wanting to use full trade amount). Its a little hard to explain in a review but, the monthly numbers were doubled from $200âs to $400âs. A bit unprofessional, but whatever. Lol, Shouldve committed and signed on the first price haha! I saw they gave me a price similar not far from carmax so I respected them for doing that. They took my highly modified 2016 turbo 5.0 mustang in trade without denial when it had no ac, back seats, and my bumper exit exhaust coming out the front end 115k miles, and multiple dash warning lights. Many places were denying me selling or trading in my car. So they did earn my business. However, when I took delivery of the car they had the wrong plate bracket and bolts for the car so we had to tape my plate. Kinda ghetto, especially when its past closing times lol. I understand its European design bracket and bolts, but they have an used car inventory and shouldn't have an excuse. Even if service is not open at that time, they should have backup plans. They also completely forgot to detail the car inside and out. All they did was run it through the auto wash and inside had dirt in so many areas⌠Also they promised a full tank of gas and ended up only giving me half. But once again he just started and probably did not know and promised something he should not have. Overall nice large dealership, solid inventory, and a big team. Car came with 2 free oil changes and 1 free tire rotation. Couple months later only thing wrong is right passenger window does not work anymore. But whatever I guess. When I asked to have carfax they printed and showed me. Finance had me in and out in no time. While process from in dealership and getting out was about 3 hours or so for my situation. They let me test drive the car by myself on their path. Good mix of roads to test on. Just wish process was executed more smoothly. They did end up re detailing the car the next day⌠Also very frustrating, the check took an entire week to reach my hands. When they said it would just take a...
Read moreI brought my Ram 2500 for an insurance claim work to be done to it. I also wanted a recall to be fixed and routine maintenance to also be done to the vehicle while they worked on the insurance work. To make their job easier I collected all the paperwork needed from both insurance involved. Not only did they not do their job they kept my vehicle for two and a half months for a job that shouldâve lasted two weeks. Their communication with me and the insurance was basically like children worked the service department. Any time I requested an update they always had a story of how they could not get in touch with the insurance. They did this for a month.
When I started to loose my patience I did their job for them, what took a two months to communicate with the insurance I was able to do in two hours. Needless to say at this point it was more than evident how inefficient they are at any aspect of their job.
The truck being worked on is my work vehicle without it I cannot produce income. I lost clients, jobs, partnerships, and future work. Itâs impossible to comprehend their lack of understanding on how not having your vehicle affects your livelihood. It took them two months to provide a loner vehicle.
With the truck sitting in their shop they never even had the decency to get the maintenance I originally asked to do on the truck. Also I told them about the recall on the truck, their excuse for not doing it was that parts were in back order. They had two months to order the parts but never did.
These people are the most unprofessional, non communicating, willing to come up with any story to not take responsibility for their lack of action.
The service technician Angel Pardillo is the worst always promising but never producing. Always waiting for last minute to do anything. From management all the way to the last person in the service department is a complete failure.
I advise any person with common sense do not bring your vehicle to these people. All you are going to get is stress and probably walk out worst then when you first walked in to...
Read moreMy boyfriend took his 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service here. They ran a diagnostic and the diagnostic code revealed the shifter was the problem. They also said that they found sticky residue on it and recommended replacing it. Along with other recommendations that had nothing to do with the issue the Jeep was being serviced for. After almost $3,000 in the repair the same issue occurred and my boyfriend returned the Jeep to the service department and they are now telling him that the problem is with the TCM which will cost another $3,000. My boyfriend and I both returned to the service department to get the vehicle and to ask for an explanation. They gave us a report with a âDiagnostic Treeâ saying that basically the diagnostic code will be the same for two different parts, which doesnât sound feasible but whatever, then they also further explained that the repair initially conducted was part of what the diagnostic tree claims to replace first then if if doesnât work then they move to the next branch of the diagnostic tree. This is where they are saying now the TCM needs to replaced. I think it was very unprofessional that they never told us this from the beginning and now it looks like to me they are making excuses for their inadequacies. Not only is my boyfriend out of a $3,000 repair that didnât fix the issue, he is still with a vehicle they are saying he should leave parked in the driveway and not be driving. There is definitely dishonesty in this service department with this situation and I 100% recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere to be serviced. Also I see several other negative reviews that seem to substantiate what we found to be the truth at this dealership, that it is substandard and not a professional service department. I wish that my boyfriend and I would have read the reviews before taking his Jeep here to be repaired. (Or should I say...
