The Worst service I experienced, If I can give this store a 0 star I would. My husband and I walk into the store for an exchange, we left our receipt and ask the (Annette) supervisor on the floor for help, she immediately said NO and walk away. We said to her, we purchased this last week, and we purchased the warranty, she said why did not say that and the first place. Then she proceeded to the register, and the young lady name Andrea was helping at the register, then Annette (Supervisor) finally decided to help us, than she said if her manager Sal was there he would have screamed and yelled at us. She proceeded to tell her manger yelled at people before, including her, and he does not care if he yelled at us. The employee at the register was so embarrassed she apologized on behalf of her supervisor, Andrea the employee even stated I never seem her act like this before. Honestly I even offered Andrea a job seeing how polite she was. I will contact Annette head office to explain this issue, I know lately business has been extremely short of staff but if we are hiring people like Annette and Sal to run a store they definitely name customer service and...

Went there many times and the customer service is excellent.Last visit Stephanie was a big help!The line was long but moved quickly and a karen decided to make a big scene for something they can’t control.Stephanie was treated poorly by this Karen and that not right.Stephanie and the management were excellent and tried to explain to this Karen but she was ignorant.This Karen has a bad attitude and was unprofessional when she was screaming,after the tele novella was over she said she was calling corporate and Marched right out.She probably tried to find a way to complain about you guys ,but it’s probably a good way to get free things, right Kimberly? But in all fairness I go there all the time and the staff are always friendly and informative.They handled it really well and tried to deescalate the situation .Dont listen to Kimberly review there was multiple by standers and the staff was was there too don’t like her narrative...

I have been pleased with HF. Bought good tools and have bought not so good, but I knew what I was buying and never complained. I have bought a full size lathe, drill press, band saw, electric hand planer and numerous others. I need another planer because the last one melted over time. No worries, less than 50 bucks. I am a member of the inside track club and yesterday was the last day of a sale and 3 free gifts, but I couldn't make it. I called them last night to see if they could set my gifts aside and assure them I would be there this morning. I would even pay full price. The girl I talked to before closing just kept cutting me off saying the sale was over and wouldn't listen to what I had say.
