Chillin Out Ice Cream — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Stopped by yesterday March 30th, 2024 at 4:00PM to try for the first time. Walked up to a closed window with the menu on the counter to pick out what product and flavors we wanted. An employee opened the window and told us we needed to come to the next window to order. We told her we were looking at the menu and we'd order from the next window in a second. She said "Okay" and closed the window. Maybe 10 seconds later she slams open the window again and yells at us, "NEXT. WINDOW." We told her again we were looking at the menu. She then rudely asked if we rang the bell which we had not. She then slammed the window shut.

At this point we decided to just leave due to this horrible employee. We live right around the corner and were hoping this would be a frequent stop for us but thanks to her we won't be back. I understand it's hard to find workers these days but there's no reason to keep people like her employed. If you don't want to provide courteous service then get out of the...

The place has some damn good ice cream. Who cares about scenery? You don't go to a giant ice cream cone to enjoy the view; you go for delectable, cold desserts. No, you won't get 5 star customer service, but you will get basic service that suffices what you came for. I don't expect the ice cream servers to give me a foot massage with my sundae, but I do expect to get a sweet treat after paying for it, and that's what you get here. Not the best experience in the world, but then again I'm not exactly climbing a mountain or sky diving, or riding a roller coaster, am I? I'm buying freakin' ice cream. You won't get a horrible experience either, because it's not a concentration camp, it's an ice cream place. A normal human being with a humble attitude will enjoy their ice cream treat. A rich person who absolutely despises anything affordable and expects a royal treatment will not enjoy visiting this place, nor will they enjoy...

Just left this place. Ice cream was not bat at all. But the place is. Owner thinks because he lokes guns, everyone should, and encouraging ppl to carry guns at the places i bring my kids to ice cream is crazy! Stop posting your stupid political views brother !
