I visited this location today for the first time visiting Florida. The lady working greeted me very in personal upon arrival. I asked about prices and she shared . I clearly stated I only wanted a regular manicure. I did ask about the other prices for no chip however I followed up and confirmed I wanted the 20 dollars service. The man who serviced me was nice and he took his time however upon check out I was charged for a different service. When I brought it up the same woman argued with me that I agreed to the 35 dollars service. I felt completely ripped off, there clearly was a language barrier. I know I said I only wanted the 20 dollar service. For some odd reason they decided to give me a different option when I said what I wanted clear. I believe this a way that communication is lost and Should be written down especially if their native language is not English. I believe Chinese owned nail and spa businesses should do better and prioritize the customers. The woman did not even attempt to remedy the miscommunication . I don’t enjoy feeling scammed or ripped off. I would not visit again because of they way they conducted the business. I have no issue paying for what I want however I don’t like to feel misled and the staff should make sure they document what customers want . If they need to learn English better they should. No one should ever charge for what the customer did not order . I could have walked out and not paid however I wasn’t interested in exchanging negativity, I also did no have cash on me . Positive Experience! I would go again!

I went with a large group of friends and we were all seated within minutes of each other. We all got different services done but I only had a regular manicure.

The atmosphere was peaceful and everyone seemed friendly and professional. The man who did my nails was also covering the phone but he completed my manicure in a good amount of time.

I like a little conversation but I know not everyone is comfortable with that. I thought this was a good balance. He made a tiny bit of conversation upon starting, which set a nice tone, then remained quiet. So he was friendly enough without asking me a ton of questions. I've experienced that at other places and it was super uncomfortable.

I have also been to places where communication was a challenge but does NOT seem to be an issue here! There seemed to bits of conversation all around but it didn't feel loud or noisy at all.

I brought my own polish but their selection was good. The tools he used came from a sealed package which was reassuring. Everything I saw was clean. The regular manicure includes a hand massage which was nice. This is normal in a lot of places but not everywhere.

HORRIBLE. I just stepped out of this salon. I got pedi and mani done. Pedi is good. Manicure turned out to be worse manicure that I have even done. I got 4 extended nails because I broke mine. extension looks horrible. They do do correction on the shape of the tips. They look like huge squares. Honestly, Look horrible. I wanted to do some design on my nails since I have a wedding tomorrow. They told me that they can do design whatever i show them on the picture. So, i did. The girl tried twice. IT WAS BAD. REALLY BAD. So, i end up not doing design because they don't know how to draw. I understand that some people can't do design but just polish nails. But don't waste my time saying that you can do design. I asked this question before I sat in the chair Otherwise, I would maybe go somewhere else. I sent my friend a picture of my hands and she said that it looks not good. SO i should just redo all their work somewhere else. Don't go there if you want to do something special. They are limited and can do only simple mani and pedi. Do not do any extensions or design. You will pay like $75 for disappointment. This is my first review that Im putting on someones ever. So, imagine how desperate I a m after visiting this salon....
