Blossom Park Villas — Local services in Kissimmee

I have lived here for the past two years and have never had any real problems with the condominium staff or my neighbors. Everyone is generally well mannered and I never really did feel unsafe while living here, although I really never did feel completely safe either.

The complex is located further down Parkway Boulevard past the Radisson off W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway / U.S. 192 right next to Interstate 4 (I-4), making it ideal for anyone who wants to live close to the attractions or the quaint township of Celebration, FL while also having a "fast" method of getting to downtown Orlando or Tampa. One of my biggest disappointments about the location was the numerous speed bumps when travelling down Parkway Boulevard and tourists constantly never know where to go. I have witnessed my fair share of traffic accidents and near misses at the intersection due to the confusion that a sign-less four way crossroads creates.

The complex itself has potholes that are in constant repair, and never seem to get fixed. The power provider for complex, Duke Energy, also seems to have trouble maintaining services to their customers even during a simple thunderstorm, most likely due to aging or faulty wiring. This is not the condominium fault, however, and the problem has admittedly gotten better as of late. Parking has never been an issue for me since I don't mind parking more than twenty paces from my actual building, but don't expect to park by your apartment / condominium all the time.

All in all, I am fairly happy with the two years I have lived at Blossom Park Villas. It suited my needs at the time and I was lucky enough to rent my condominium for less than $700/month. The apartment did have some issues, like roaches and leaky pipes, but I learned to live with these inconveniences as something to expect for the amount I was paying. In the end, if someone were to ask me if I would recommend the complex for residency I would say "Yes", but only rent and only if it was below...

It’s a very good location, right on I4 and close to Publix, Walgreens, CVS, 3 Walmart and much more. Because it is surrounded by 3 different hotel like buildings it keeps well maintained and pretty. It is a quite and decent neighborhood. It has gotten better consistently although it needs constant maintenance and growth to keep improving up to high standards. The Hoa does a good job but maybe with more investments and management it could become a 4 stars location with a gated entrance, cameras, fixing the floors all with tile and caring more about the railing and cleaning of the áreas. Roaches! They have a pest control that comes every Tuesday but it’s not enough. The roaches is coming from the walls and floors. I have florida pest control and they have terminex but that’s not the issue. The manager will try to comfort you and claim it’ll be resolve. But it will always be there.
