Title: A Delightful Culinary Experience at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse in Kissimmee, Florida
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse in Kissimmee, Florida, and it was an experience I'm eager to share. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The staff were attentive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment, which set the tone for a fantastic meal.
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the performance by our cook, Kenny. His energetic and skillful display at the teppanyaki grill was not just cooking; it was an enthralling show. Kenny's flair in handling the utensils and his mastery in preparing the food were a treat to watch. His hospitable and vibrant personality added a special touch to our dining experience.
As for the food, it was nothing short of exquisite. Each dish was cooked to perfection, with flavors that tantalized our taste buds. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the attention to detail in the presentation made each course a culinary delight.
Although there was a slight hiccup regarding a birthday celebration request and a misunderstanding with the rewards card, these were minor in the grand scheme of our visit. I had mentioned that I preferred not to have a birthday song, which was inadvertently overlooked, and there was some confusion about the $15 off with my rewards card. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was fantastic.
Kobe Japanese Steakhouse in Kissimmee is a place I highly recommend, especially for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with delicious food and remarkable service, makes it a must-visit. Just a tip for future visitors: it might be worth checking in advance about the policy regarding rewards cards for special events. All in all, Kobe offers an unforgettable dining experience that should...
Read moreSome of the worst hibachi I have ever had. I feel like this place is a tourist trap. We got to go food. Portions were small, and steak was almost inedible because of how dry and overcooked it was. They gave more noodles than rice. Nobody goes to hibachi restaurants for noodles. It didn't matter that there was hardly any rice because the little bit we did have wasn't good anyway. While we were waiting on the food, we sat at the bar and got 1 drink each. When we got the bill for the 2 drinks, it was 40 dollars. There wasn't even enough alcohol to make you feel warm or anything. Made me question if there was even any alcohol at all. Overall, the staff was nice, but when the bartender brought the tab, she didn't even ask if we wanted another drink she just gave us the tab and walked away as if we were being rushed out. When we placed the order for the food the order taker kept talking about how cool she is and how she will make sure we get extra sauces but when we got the food I asked about the sauces and she was like they are already in the bag. Me trusting how "cool" she kept saying she is, we go ahead and leave. When we got home to eat, we each had one small cup, and it was extremely watered down. Also I had a sushi roll that had clearly been setting for a while because it had shrimp tempura in the middle that had no crunch at all to it. After eating the little bit that we did eat out of it, shortly I was in the restroom with an upset stomach which I will not go into detail about. I was the only one who had sushi so I believe it may have had to do with that. Although everyone in our group of 5 had a restroom issue after eating there mine was the worst. Overpriced for very mediocre hibachi. I could have gotten better hibachi for less than half the price at a takeout japanese place. My husband called the food trash and said he wants...

Our chef was the real star of the night. He was not only highly skilled, but also incredibly entertaining. His humor was on point, his timing was perfect, and his knife tricks had the whole table clapping.
