I came into the store and the manager gave me a hard time honoring a price that was on the item! After going back and forth with her she insulted me even further asking me if I worked in retail. I told her I didn’t work in retail which had nothing to do with a priced that was marked on the child book bag and what was ringing up from the computer well apparently there was a human error that was made. She refused to sell me the bag and wouldn’t give me a reason other than she didn’t like my attitude well. I have every word and interaction on video and would seriously like for a corporate Manager to call me because I would like to know how many customers you refuse to do business at this store. This is so unacceptable . I know if I was another color I would have been treated better. That racist manger was intimidated by means that why she refused service I will let my family and close friends to never shop her again.!!! To address the so called assistant you were a muted turtle we had no conversation at all ! I was video you manger who I told I will he recording and she said fine this wasn’t about a different item this was about the manger not honoring a price that was a human mistake! So I get it you are a employee and you want to put you two sense in Now ! When u should have told you manager that was wrong as to what she did ! Which was refuse me service because of my skin color Racist women nothing good will come to her for that !!! Like I said before because she didn’t like my “ Attitude which I had the right to have after arguing back and forth I can put the video up I have everything...
Read moreExperienced extreme prejudice as a family of Color. Racist employees, and I encourage you not to patronize this store. As we attempted to shop we were followed. This was not trying to be helpful following this was extreme and intentional disrespectful following. NO ONE ASK IF WE NEEDED HELP WITH ANYTHING! The workers, probably owners of the store were taking a seat in the areas we were in to watch us shop and also getting additional employees from the back of the store to make sure they could monitor my family of 7. We are sure of this because when we noticed it we we’re strategic about where we moved to see if they were following us. There were caucasian families in the store at the same time. At least 10-15 other people shopping but they were only using their manpower to monitor my family. Another family dropped a glass mug, but they still chose to only watch us. They also were rude to us upon arrival to the store. I personally witnessed that as other patrons after us entered the store they were welcome into the store, we were NOT acknowledged at all. Needless to say, we did not spend money there. And I encourage you not to either. Don’t even waste the time we did going there. I thought all money was green, but apparently that does not matter here. This is One more place where my skin color came first. I DO...
Read moreSo I am the assistant that was helping out Tracey Robinson today and as someone who had to whiteness a whole situation where the customer was being nothing but rude and disrespectful I wanted to take the time to address the situation properly. First off, nobody in the store was being mean and rude with the customer back, we were simply trying to politely tell this woman that we needed to scan a different item in order to complete her purchase but she was being unreasonable and wanted an exact item on her receipt that we couldn’t put through our system. She was being difficult instead and decide to start rudely filming us (me and my manager who was helping me out) without our consent saying that we were being rude and unprofessional. The only one being rude and unprofessional in the whole situation was herself. She even has made false statements claiming we were being racist towards her, we at this store strive to be courteous to all our customers and polite with them. No one at the store had said anything racist towards this woman. She is trying to flame us over false allegations and this is not something we take very...
