UPDATE even the response was in a condensing manner. What owner speaks this way. NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED ON EXTRA CHARGES this is so sad the response to my review. Clearly so many others have had similar disgusting experiences with the attitude of this restaurant staff. There are a lot of 1 star reviews. A shame this person has no sense of professionalism. And rather blame a customer that was in no way disrespectful or rude than take accountability. Was at this restaurant after work today. Purchased over 70 dollars of food. They up charge for salad between 1-1.50 extra each salad that is supposedly included in the meal however the front girl never explained or gave the option to have a regular salad that was not an up charge. Also they charge extra for chicken $5 more for any of the pasta entrees. When I seen my receipt I asked the girl in the front to explain. She said sorry and that was fine I asked to get it refunded she went to the gentleman guessing a manager of some sort and he came with a extremely rude demeanor. Due to this i asked that he just refunded me the entire amount and Iâll take my business elsewhere. Itâs shame that this attitude is tolerated. I did not at any point disrespect or yell. I understood it was a miscommunication on the front end. However he never apologized or tried to correct it. When I said itâs okay Iâll just cancel my order he replied great have a great day in a VERY sarcastic manner without giving me a receipt of the refund. I asked for one and he once again gave me attitude. When he saw I was going to write a review he stated â ill Be sure to respond to thatâ than went on to state for me to write my review outside when I was not bothering anyone. I even opened a door for his customers that had their hands full. This was totally uncalled for and disrespectful. As a nurse that just worked a 12 hour shift this was such a horrible experience. I truly hope that they have a better attitude for future customers. I will be sure myself, staff and others I do not recommend this place. Since I will not allow anyone to support a business that isnât professional. The money wasnât the issue the communication of add ons and the attitude from âa management â was just the discouraging part.    Read moreMy husband and I have been coming here on and off for the past 4 years. Itâs really hit or miss with the pizza. But when itâs good, itâs good. But when itâs bad itâs either cold, feels like itâs been out for a couple of hours, or drowned in sauce. We ended up moving about an 40 min away, and we decided to go to the shopping plaza across the way for some shopping and we stopped at Mamaâs Romanos for lunch around 2. We went in hoping to get a table for 2. We understand with social distancing tables are not meant to be seated next to each other so when we arrived the waitress told us if we were for dine in, we said yes, she looked confused/nervous and looked at the tables that were seated and said âa table should be done soonâ...before she left I asked her how long would it be and she said âsheâll find outâ we stood by the door for about 5 minutes, being ignored by the waitress on getting my answer until a guy from the kitchen came over to us. He asked us what we were waiting for and we told him for a table. And he VERY rudely said âoh yeah itâs gonna be 45 min, tables just sat downâ with a huge attitude that even another customer next to us waiting looked over at us like wow how rude of him. We couldâve done without this guys attitude. Seriously all he had to say was nicely that tables just sat down and we were welcome to wait.( He looked like he couldâve been the manager idk he was the only Caucasian guy there.) But we maybe wouldâve waited. But instead we went to Outback across the street. Got better service, delicious food, no wait, and left the waitress a 30% tip. The Landstar location is so welcoming to families and especially moms eating with your kids that are looking to have a fun experience with good food ! I was treated less then dirt all because i came into the location while they had a system change which i knew nothing of ! I just wanted to have a good time with my kids after a long day of work instead i got burnt pizza and huge attitude from not only the server but the manager who when i explained the server was treating me and my kids with a bad attitude she said she didnt want to hear it and that i needed to pay for the burnt pizza the server gave us !! She really tried to charge me full price for burnt pizza that the server brought to the table placed it infront of my kids and said hey i know half is burnt but do you want it !!! i said please make another one but ill pay for what we eat ! Which i ended up having to pay for half of the burnt Pie plus got charged for the one they had to remake and when i was leaving the manager tried to offer me free desert after hearing me tell my children dont worry ill take you guys to get icecream after this bad experience ! The manager tried to tell me i had to feel bad for them because they had a new system with LITERALLY 2 clients in the restaurant and they were stressed!!!
