Rose Jewelry — Local services in Kissimmee

I will start off by saying that I know this necklace is cheap gold plated and not solid gold. However, when I took this necklace in on Thursday November 10th because the chain had broken and asked this company if they could fix it, they said yes. No mention of potential issues. They said it would be ready Saturday November 12th and they would call when it was ready. Around 4pm on Saturday we realized that they had not called and we called them. They informed us that it was done but were closing soon. We knew we wouldn't make it on time so we told them we would pick it up Monday November 14th (today). My wife went to pick it up and saw that they had fixed it but realized that it had went from Rose gold to silver. When she questioned them about it they told her that because of the process it stripped the gold plating. My wife then calls me and has me on speaker so that we could find a solution. I asked them to fix the problem because we brought them a Rose gold neclace to fix not a silver necklace. They told me the same thing they told her. My reply to that was that they should have told us that this could happen and given us the opportunity to do something else if we wanted to but they did not. They then went on to say "that is how it is and there is nothing they could do for us". No apology, no let's see if we can do something to help. Nothing. The lack of professionalism and customer service that this place showed for a simple procedure is absolutely unacceptable. I will never step foot in this place again and I urge anyone who is considering going there for any reason to reconsider and not go. I will never recommend this...

I was next door at China Town (great Chinese food by the way) and an employee walked in and went to counter and demanded for plates. The Owner who was at the counter kept explaining to her that they couldn't give her plates because they only serve to customers who are buying food. Which made sense because the employee was only asking for plates. Then the employee proceeds to keep saying that she won't send any of her business there. I just found it extremely rude that she spoke to the Owner in that manner. As she proceeds to leave China Town, she gets the plates, which the owner nicely gave to her, and tossed the money...

Does faulty jobs and even though you have the receipts, refuses to fix the errors. Instead acts as you were never there (even though you show proof) and tries to charge for a duplicate service..

My review is not the first advising that this lady is a fraud and a thief. Don't waste your time or money at this ratty...
