iSmoothies Cafe — Restaurant in Kissimmee

On June 26 around 6 pm after my workout I walked towards I-Smoothie to place my usual orders which are a peanut butter protein and a strawberry protein. When I placed my order the female attendant said that they do not sell those, i explained to her that I get them there every day in which she replied that that was impossible as they only sell whats on the menu in a rude and demeaning manner. I requested the managers phone number and she introduce herself as the manager and told me that she did not have to provide me with any information and she did not.

Any other person would have taken other repercussions after being blatantly humiliated for no reason. At my age I decided not to. It is a disgrace that I-Smoothie has lowered their expectations while hiring such a racist, rude and entitled person. She purposely lied about being the manager, she intentionally withheld contact information as she knew her awful behavior and represented the company in the worst possible manner.

Sadly, I will have to take my business elsewhere in hope to be treated fairly and...
