After four months of purchasing our couch we're ready for our review. Furnikoure is a great place to buy. They are competing with other big furniture stores and their prices were incredible. We were helped by David, he made sure we found what we were looking for and was willing to show us the store late at night. We already had a bad experience at Rooms-To-Go. We were almost ready to settle but David showed us the couches he had available and asked us questions to make sure we got what we wanted. He told us about the material the couches were made out of and whether that meant they'd be more soft or more firm. He was very honest about the couches he thought were best for the use we were looking to have of it. In our specific situation, there was only one couch left in the country from the one we wanted. David managed to get it at a good price and it was delivered to our place within one week. The movers were very helpful and very nice as well and even assembled the couch for us at no extra charge. Furnikoure also did offer insurance and the price was reasonable. However, we don't know much about it since we haven't used it as of now. If and when that happens, we will update this review.

As far as what improvements Furnikoure should make, there aren't many but some of our documents had misspellings/typos for our names and address. This was noticed by us. We would suggest to please ask customers to double check all of the information is correct. Another improvement would be to update customers more frequently. We did receive a text message on when the couch was already being picked up but it would be even better to let us know days before on when they'd be going to pick up the couch.
