I called to place an order there, was placed immediately on hold for 5 min. and when someone finally answered she asked me for my phone number 3 different times, interrupting me each time. Then was quiet, so I proceeded to order and was interrupted again with her asking for me address, so I proceeded speaking slowly and clearly, and was rudely interrupted again with "let me shut you up for a second" and was asked 3 more times for my address being interrupted each time with the same phrase. Then I hung up on her. I've never been so rudely treated by someone in the service industry. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but telling someone to "shut up" was something my mother taught me was rude and something I should never say to people. I will not be doing business with a place that allows their employees to talk to their customers in such a disrespectful manner. I hope that you can take this in to consideration and provide some much needed hospitality and customer service training. Have a great day.
Since I can't post a reply to the owner's reply, I'd like to clarify that no, I in fact did not miss understand your accent. You spoke English perfectly and clearly. I did not "miss hear you." I understand you needed to look up my address, but interrupting me in the middle of trying to give you my address by telling me to shut up for a second is so completely rude! And quite frankly I'm offended that you would think I misheard you in this situation when I was the one that was not being listened too. You barely even let me get my house numbers out before you started in with "let me shut you up for a second." So no, your response clarifies nothing. It was very poor customer service. Read moreThis used to be my go to spot for Chinese around for 7+ years, but since the change in employees it has been terrible about every time I order. My food always gets delivered wrong and I’m always missing food. And when I call to order in, they always rush me off the phone and not even allow me to say what I want to order before cutting me off. Employees feels tacky and undisciplined and show no work ethic. Very rude over the phone too when I call each time to complain about my delivery about the the food. And the food doesn’t even taste fresh like it used to. Tastes reheated from the night (or days) before. Miss the old staff 🤷🏽♂️ and don’t even ask about substituting anything for something else instead of what it actually comes with. Read more8/29 7pm Bland, undercooked rice, definitely not what we are used to here. Has to be a different cook. Half fried chicken super salty and extremely over cooked. Gravy definitely was off, very disappointing. But still My favorite spot when the food is cooked right
Updated: full menu online… order twice. Being from Saint Louis having the best Chinese… this hits home. Gravy, egg foo young in point… BEST fried rice in Orlando. You have to get extra scallion and onion… changes the game like stl fried rice. Ragoons are crunchy crispy like back home full of filling! Stay consistent and we keep ordering! Door dash!
