ORIENTAL SQUARE CHINESE RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Kissimmee

First time eating here and when we read all the good reviews decided to give it a try as we are still pretty new to the area and looking for some good Chinese food. I'm not trying to sway your opinion one way or another and it's always good to try new places, but rather just giving my honest opinion. Probably not going to return. I always order bourbon chicken every place I try first as it's usually pretty safe. Here I was really caught off guard when my bourbon chicken tasted like fish. Also the chicken was not tender at all. Don't get me wrong I love fish and eat seafood all the time but definitely don't expect my chicken to taste like fish. I give 3 stars because I'm not trying to destroy their business and I liked the chicken lo mein a lot (till the overly fish sauced bourbon sauce made its way over). First we ordered from you for sure. Just under different name. Hope you will hear from DD and found out this order. Took an hour for the foods be ready. At first it was just low quality terrible made bad choice. I just rated restaurant bad was gonna move on. Our kids took a bite then tossed orange chicken and noodles as they were so bad, as adults we ate our foods which I’m regret. I normally give my reviews high remarks most specially if the service is at its best. But, this time I have to rate this restaurant as 1. My husband and I came to eat in this restaurant because of great google reviews but was disappointed to be turned away. The receptionist excuse was that she is overwhelmed with orders in and for take out as well. We noticed that there were plenty of tables available. And I find it unacceptable to be turned away 3 hours from it closing time. If she has no cook then they needed to hire enough staff to be able to serve their customers.
