Five Star Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I Was dissapointed I Was order for delivery and tell The guys The delivery address is autoparts close to them I Was working I order cheese ravioli pasta this not come with Any bread. So I order garlic bread. The guy said your order is short for delivery minimun is $10 i'm said ok he suggested bottle water i'm said ok when he Go to my total he said $11 something plus $1. For delivery. So I paid for delivery too. I paid around $13 I'm said ok. He said i try to Make fast but maybe take 40 min. I'm said ok. I though well my lunch is 1 hr so if take 40 min well i has 20 min to eat. ok. I return to work and The delivery wasnt there. He leave The food there when I all ready gone to delivery some Parts. I request few min to eat when i verify The order there is not napkins,forks,. I Get mad and i Call them I spoke with manager and he said The napkins,forks upon request. Seriously I'm working and AutoParts there is not napkins, forks,cups there is just auto parts. The only suggested he give me a credit for another order. When i tell him The i don't want to Make another order from there.The i want my Money back he said NO sorry that best i can do. We don't refund money. Just credit. First take more than 45min to food arrive and delivery address is close close and after no forks,napkins,. How suppost i Gonna eat a pasta without The utensils? This common sense. I tell him The are going return The food but i didnt . I pass another store to bought utensil. The food more expense for my life. 5 stars for Five Star Pizza! We were in the area for a meeting and wanted to eat before heading home 3 hours away. Pizza sounded good, fast and easy. We decided to eat at the shop but it's more suited for take out. There are only two tables but they have everything you need for dinning in should you choose to do so. We got the largest pizza available. We did half meat lovers and half pepperoni, a house salad and a 2 liter of soda.

Soda is soda however the salad is huge for the price and very fresh. The pizza? Phenomenal. Seriously! I look at crust, sauce and toppings when judging pizza. The crust had a nice texture and crunch. The sauce was so good. I don't kno if it's made in house or what but I wanted to take a gallon home with me. It had such a full flavor. The cheese and toppings, A-MAZING. You can tell that hugh quality ingredients are being used to make your pizza pie. It's also worth noting that the 24 inch pizza was cut into squares. I liked this presentation as it made it easier to eat such a large pizza.

I can't go without mentioning how friendly the staff and owner(?) are. They checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed.

I will never ever order from this place again I purchase a extra large pizza and the pizza was not to mention dry and very thin like like they might have gave me the last bit of dough that they had then the toppings were so spicy you could not eat it and I ordered from these people a few times and I've never taste the pizza so spicy were you cannot eat it I believe someone put something on this pizza to make it so spicy so then I called the restaurant that asked could they send me out a cheese pizza because I was unsatisfied with the way it taste and how spicy it was and me and my children could not eat it there was not a apology I'm sorry that you're not satisfied all i got was a its nothing I can do we don't change our ingredients every excuse that he can make he made and not to mention bad attitude please do not waste your time or money ordering from a place that cannot give good customer service because I'm spending my money for some s* Pizza that wasn't even good and you have the audacity to make me feel like I got to beg you to bring me some more pizza out, the right thing to do is apologize and bring me some more pizza out without me having to ask you to bring me another Pizza out or give me my money back.
