Crown Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Great place for Halal Chicken. The owner has confirmed that the chicken comes from a Halal source, but says it is not "hand-slaughtered." I've been to Crown Fried Chickens in the north east and it's pretty much the same exact thing, maybe even better. They have other options besides the chicken like Philly Cheesestake and shawarma, but the chicken box deals are my favorite. The chicken box deal comes with as many pieces of chicken as you want, and your choice of sides. Not to mention, they throw in some biscuits. One thing that was annoying, is that their boxes are very weak and are not meant to withstand all of the steam and weight that is put in it so it just falls apart. Crown Fried Chicken also happens to have some of the best hot sauces I've seen. I haven't been able to find anything like it in stores. I always end up grabbing a bunch and they are very generous with their packets. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their was plenty of parking for this facility and in the nearby shops. Attempted to call in an order ahead of time several times with no response so I drove to the restaurant place my order and ask the cashier if I had the right number she in fact said that I did is it if I called they don't pick up the phone I asked why I have a phone number on the menu and she looked at me and rolled her eyes I asked for my money back and promptly cancel my order just sent a man from behind came out and asked what the problem was after I told him he said that was me I was on the other line with a personal call I was incredulous and demanded my money back stating you should not have a business on if you're using it for personal reason and this young lady told me that you never answer the phone I will never go back to this restaurant I gave one star because there is not a spot for zero Stars thank you I would Never visit this place AGAIN. Imagine, you cannot call in an order, because they are on a PERSONAL PHONE CALL!!!!!!

I know I should have taken a picture before I started eating it... but I didn't. I stopped in here 15 mins before closing to pick up an UberEats order (which was ready on time!) and said to the cashier that I've never ordered from here. Her response.... "Giiirrrrl you don't know what you're missing!" I'm not normally one to believe the hype but I rolled the dice and ordered the cheapest thing I saw, a 2 piece and a biscuit. When I hopped in my car I thought "hmmm the biscuit looks a little crunchy and that's probably because it's the end of the day". Of course I grabbed it to eat during my drive and boy was I surprised! That thing was delicious! But when I tasted the chicken I was sold. How did I not know about this place?!
