If I could give less than one star I would!!! My experience was Absolutely horrific and UNACCEPTABLE. I made my order, didn’t get a chance to say I wanted to order plain because of that automated ordering machine. I am still at the ordering box. I try to say it at the end BEFORE I pull away. My ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE TILL I PULL AWAY AND HEAD TO THE WINDOW. I am within my full right to make any changes as I please BEFORE I LEAVE THAT BOX. There is no reason why when I pull up to the window I get yelled at with the worst attitude by Toni Green and get asked… DID YOU KNOW YOUR ORDER WAS ALREADY MADE?!?!?!!. I responded.. yes.. and after that I couldn’t even say a word yet. Before she started throwing her hands to her sides and giving me attitude . I just asked for ONE sandwich… one sandwich!!! To be made plain. I did NOT CHANGE THE WHOLE ORDER. There’s no reason why I should be getting yelled at or spoken to like a child. Yes, I said never mind and flipped her off and drove away. I was disrespected and if you can’t handle the disrespect you give DONT DO IT. My mother is not a checkers employee so therefore NO ONE should be opening their mouth to me that way!!! Get a new job if you don’t like it. When a manager is being asked for another random employee shouldn’t come and ask what’s the problem. I pulled up in the drive thru today around 5:15pm & told them, the woman (manager) came on the speaker & rudely said I have to pull in the other drive thru side for a pick up order, I told her I dont have a passenger so I cant pick it up on that side so she said well youll have to park & walk up! I was in my pajamas so I didnt want to but I did. The young man at the window was very nice but I checked my bag & told him my order was missing the fries & sauces I paid for so he apologized & gave me my missing items. I said as I was standing there that its ok & not his fault & that its his manager who was rude to me for no reason. As i was pulling away in my car, she opened the window at front of restaurant & started yelling so I yelled back & got into a shouting match with her. Im just amazed that a manager can treat customers like that! I really hope what comes of this is proper training on how to be kinder to customers. I will never return to this particular checkers :( i lost my appetite as well & my food sat there & was cold when i got there, i was thinking itd be made fresh when i arrived. Read moreI just left here with a rash on my skin and not even hungry anymore. I am allergic to tomatoes so I asked for no tomatoes or tomatoes product in my food. I asked for my burger tomato free and added cheese. So I went back around since I just left the line when I realized my burger did not have cheese. The guy told his manager or supervisor and she requested the receipt I had no problem and handed it over to show the 69 cent up charge for the cheese. I waited over 10 minutes for a slice of cheese, then opened the wrapper to see she had not only added the cheese but a lot of ketchup and tomatoes. So I got out my car and went to the window to then be ignored for 15 minutes because my burger was inedible to me after the 15 minutes I was done with waiting this little trip to checkers took over half an hour and I no longer wanted to eat there so I yelled to the window to keep the burger and left it on the window counter. Since I never got my receipt back I can't even go back for a refund. This place is so unprofessional and slow, if you have any allergies don't go here because they can give a flying fugesickle if they kill someone at least I only have a rash from touching the tomatoes if I would have ingested it I would have been in the hospital...
