I ordered on the app and went to go pick it up. When I got there the man told me the items I ordered were out of stock. He then offered me things that I can not eat like tuna etc. long story short he couldnât refund my money. He told me to talk to his manager. Now itâs been a cat and mouse situation since they have phone numbers listed that doesnât work. Save your self the hassle and avoid this location. Go somewhere thatâs actually cares. Donât bother contacting subway anywhere they tell you to fill out the customer support form which takes more then 2weeks to get a response for. I politely asked, "why don't you have on a mask"? She replied, I just came in, and I am helping out. I did not want to create a scene but this was not an excuse. The environment is already small and you are making customers sandwiches, like why is this not mandatory???. Then she provides to make some else's sandwich maybe family member because I didn't see the lady pay for the 2 sandwiches. The other young lady was assisting another customer.
