Subway — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I ordered on the app and went to go pick it up. When I got there the man told me the items I ordered were out of stock. He then offered me things that I can not eat like tuna etc. long story short he couldn’t refund my money. He told me to talk to his manager. Now it’s been a cat and mouse situation since they have phone numbers listed that doesn’t work. Save your self the hassle and avoid this location. Go somewhere that’s actually cares. Don’t bother contacting subway anywhere they tell you to fill out the customer support form which takes more then 2weeks to get a response for. (Been past 2 weeks) I will be filing a charge back btw.. this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Seriously. Oh when I went in store to talk to the manager he/she wasn’t there and they had one old lady who looked like she was over 60+ working the entire store. There was a line almost to the door. I went to this subway on 9/8 and I was appalled that the young lady did not have on a mask. I noticed when she had to sneeze while handling other peoples food including mines. I politely asked, "why don't you have on a mask"? She replied, I just came in, and I am helping out. I did not want to create a scene but this was not an excuse. The environment is already small and you are making customers sandwiches, like why is this not mandatory???. The onlybreason I gave 2 stars is because of the mask however, my sandwich was good but had she sneezed over my food, I would walk out and leave her to eat that sandwich. Subway please do better. It's Sunday Dec.2 , 2018 at 4pm i was waiting to get a 3 subs. The light skin young lady advises me they only have 2 types of bread wheat and honey oat. Then she provides to make some else's sandwich maybe family member because I didn't see the lady pay for the 2 sandwiches. The other young lady was assisting another customer. Instead of the young lady that finished making the first sandwich helping me she ask me if it's ok if the young lady busy helping the customer at them moment helps me and advised me she is new, then goes outside in front of the store to smoke a cigarette and when I provide her feedback that it's unprofessional to leave a customer waiting so she can go outside the store to smoke and talk with her boyfriend.
