I would give this a zero star review if I could! 95% of the time you pass by this store there is a “closing sale”, yet it never closes. Recently went there for Tupperware lids which were buy 3 and get 4th for free, we bought 4 sets up 4 and the old lady behind the desk gave us 3 free. I mentioned that one wasn’t taken off for the 4th set and she gave attitude and made me extremely uncomfortable, she also didn’t add another discount…she ripped us off 10 dollars total. By the way the Tupperware lids from here rip extremely easily, you would be better off going to Walmart! They should have a system that automatically rings up sales since that is what draws people there, not rely on a grouchy old lady to manually put them in, then give you attitude when a customer mentions the oversights. I would NEVER go back to this place, ever again!

Addendum: The “sale” is not much or at all better than a normal day in that place. The store owner’s response to this review just proves how awful this store is. Extremely unprofessional. No wonder the cashier is so grouchy and unfriendly, I would feel that way as well if I worked for such an owner! Maybe if they would have asked for my receipt, I could prove that I was ripped off by 10 dollars, but of course this person lived to their own review of how rude they are here..too bad honestly. I did actually bring up the mistake as mentioned in my review, but the cashier just gave attitude and was clearly uninterested in fixing it. So instead I’m leaving a honest review and never going there again, simple. Losing 10$ isn’t a huge deal, but I think about how many others are being ripped off this way and possibly being completely disrespected by the owner online for being honest about their business? Not to mention he/she is profiting off ripping customers off. Lastly For “pyrex” lids they should definitely...

I’ve been waiting to come here for a while and they had a lot of stuff I just had to have.

The one thing I thought was amazing is they had some vintage/antique pieces. I got a bread pan that was part of my grandmothers set that matches a bunch of my other pieces here. I got a couple plates of corelle from the older style collections to go with my mismatched plate collection one was the inked poppy which I really liked. We got a good pair of fiskars for our med kit and a 2 pack ice tray that was shaped like rocks and a bunch of other things.

The only 1 staff was pretty bland she just stood up against a wall looking at her phone. Most other kitchen stores interact with you making you feel welcomed. That reduced it down to 4 stars.

We spend about an hour there. They have appliances and lots of gadgets and to go packaging and odds and ends. We spent about $200 and thought the prices...

absolutely & I mean absolutely amazing place to shop for your everyday kitchen & decorating needs. this place is definitely a interior designs dream store they have this they have that & then even better this & that around the corner. & the customer service is A++++ they went above & beyond for me & my ocd ways. & when I say screw target, Marshall's, tj Maxx, & home goods THE KITCHEN STORE OUTLET IS THE NEW IT PLACE TO FIND NOT ONLY YOUR KITCHEN NECESSITIES BUT TO DECORATE YOUR KITCHEN ASWELL. & Shawn Loundon whom owns the store now gets my paycheck every Friday cuz it's that...
