lululemon — Local services in Kittery

Drove over 2 hours to shop at the store and arrived 20 minutes before closing and had to stand in line due to Covid. At 5:45 the “manager” named Holly, told us no one is allowed in the store 15 minutes prior to closing so they can clean, even though the store clearly states it closes at 6. We weren’t allowed in the store at all and she was very rude. Holly also told us the store was at capacity and she would get in big trouble if she let us in. However, she then said she was over capacity because their tech guy was in the store as well. Many people were coming out about 10 minutes before closing but we still weren’t allowed in because it was after 5:45. What a waste of time. So very disappointed. BEWARE of false sales posted on this location's social media...This location posted a student discount post on their Facebook page on the 13th. Nowhere on this FB post did it mention that this deal was going on for just one day. Nowhere on this post did this location give any details on how long this "student discount" sale would be going on for. I came to this location 2 days later to be told that they would not be giving me a student discount. I showed the associate the post and she told me that it was only going on for one day even though it never said that on the post. I've been coming to this location for a while now, but I will not be a returning customer due to this experience. Save your money for another store. I've posted a photo...
