We have primarily had excellent experiences buying jewelry at the Klamath Falls location . A stand out clerk at this store is Juliana she is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Cherish Johnson provided us excellent service on 9/28/20 when we went in for a routine ring cleaning. I would give this location a 5 star but we unfortunately experienced our first negative experience on the evening of February/ 12/2021around 6 pm. The clerk who attended us that evening made us uncomfortable . We were searching for a gold and diamond bracelet. It seemed for some reason she was under the assumption she knew what we could afford. She kept mentioning this is a bit more pricy and with every bracelet she mentioned the price like we’d gasp and run. Her mistake was we did not we mentioned if we had a budget or not. It seemed this clerk made that decision for us and because of this and in addition to making a comment she did not want to take the time to pull out everything we wanted to see and wanted to narrow it down like we were wasting her time she missed a sale from us. Unknowing we have spent thousands of dollars at this location. Your excellent professional clerks that spent the time got those big sales from us. They will continue to in the future. Thank you to whom were genuinely interested in helping the customer find exactly what we’re looking for. Management needs to be made aware of the dreadful customer service tonight. Will never recomend Fred Meyer Jewelers to anyone extremely rude, direspectful, and i was asking how much it would be to get my ring sized. She said they could not tell me and would have to send it out which would take 6 days to get back with a qoute. She was very rude snarky and cunning. With where they are sending it i would rather take an hour to drive there get the qoute and possibly leave it to have it resized and come back. No need to take a whole 6 days especially where we have jewlers in town that can do that. What a waste of time. Never go there unless your looking to get ripped off. Amazing people. When I had bought my mom the wrong necklace for Christmas they took it back and were willing to get me the right one and give me my change. However, there were none of the necklaces in stock. They went the extra mile and called around to other stores just to make sure I would get the one left. Then they called and held it for me.
