The food is great and the prices are good but for me the customer service is what decides if I come back again . The day manager Jada seems disconnected from her fellow coworkers and does not in my opinion possess the maturity, understanding nor the people skills that a manager should encompass . Talking to other patrons about other employees , lazy work ethics , out right asking friends to write positive reviews of her as well as the inappropriate relationship I witnessed between her and the owner . I've come in at opening and witnessed the business unprepared for customers , and when wanting to order food being told the cook will be there at a certain time. I have spoken to Jada about these things but my issues are met with dead ears . Other patrons have also shared they have similar complaints however they are not addressed and I suspect due not make it to the owners ears . To the owner if you are reading this a manager should represent the business and lead by example , they should support other co workers , be empathetic , professional, and exude customer service . The product can be the best the prices could be unbeatable but when the customer service is not there I certainly will not be there . I understand that it may be hard to discipline someone you are dating however sometimes it must be done . I have complained multiple times , witnessed others complain multiple times not only to Jada but to other staff , one night staff stated they were afraid to relay the complaint due to the owner and Jadas relationship shortly after that the employee was no longer there . A high turn over rate doesn't mean you hired the wrong employee it can also mean there is a internal root cause . A complaint regarding any other staff would be lead to that employee being spoken to however when that complaint is regarding Jada it never sees the light. Supporting a business that practices unfair / bias standards is not on my to do list so I am passing on supporting this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI must give credit to the staff at RedZone. From open to close, even when the place is packed, they stay on top of things. Theyāre attentive without hovering, checking on empty glasses and trays, and actually listen when customers make specific requests. Thatās not something you get everywhere, and it makes a big difference.
Now letās talk food. I'm a pretty picky person, but Redzone has good options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night. The Biscuits and gravy are excellent. The Double Dribble sandwich is a personal favorite, it hits every time. Their pizza is fantastic, especially when you go custom. I usually go with pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple, and theyāve never missed. The wings are great as well. Enjoy the food there or take it to go.
As for drinks, I appreciate that they have fancier options like 1942 tequila and 1738 cognac, which you donāt always see in bars that aren't in big cities. The margaritas are also some of the best Iāve had. They taste amazing and compliment the food so well.
All in all, It's always a good...
