Rent-A-Center — Local services in Klamath Falls

It makes me very sad to leave such a poor review, when I have had such an awesome experience at other locations, and have paid off several items. This location will not work with you at all when it comes to payments, and the staff were very rude. They send you so many "how can I help texts" that you start to feel like a broken record replying. My 2 year relationship with this company has come to an end and I have gone with a competitor.

Edited to add they just showed up at a time I told them I was not available. I let them in anyway just to get this nightmare over with, and had to tell the guy THREE TIMES that WASNT his TV, that was Aarons, as the other delivery guy and I am LITERALLY standing next to the one they were supposed to take. This place has gone down hill! When nelson was here, it was a great place. I now know it was great because of nelson! Now he is no longer with them and they really do not care about their customers needs and wants. I wish I could say something positive but there's nothing I can say! As expensive as they are, you would think that they'd go above and beyond to make their customers happy and feel all warm and fuzzy...

I had a horrible experience at your store .I came in with a copy of my drivers licenses because I'm waiting for my hard card they denied me service even though when I did the copy my drivers license on the phone it scand and it was OK. But the manager there said I couldn't use a copy of my drivers license so I went to Arons and I got approved with my copy of my license. Now I'm chilling with my ps5...
