Love these guys! Love this Store! Quality name brands. Cool finds. Great location. Friendly service. Strict return policies but hey, so long as you know that you can't bring back stuff you have worn more than a short period of time to try them on at home unlaundered or walk around in the shoes you just bought for a day or two and expect a return or exchange. Lol. If you walk ANYwhere outdoors with a new pair of shoes don't bother. They are yours now. They have fitting rooms so use them wisely and give these staff members a small reprieve. They work hard. Put stuff back where you found them for the next guy and so we can get in and out cause if they get busy putting stuff back all the time or keeping stuff that didn't get purchased or returned items up front till there is time to put it back, well....that's the customers doing and if there is something you wanted that is presently out.....chances are it is on that said rack hidden at the front desk cause someone with no manners left that item or returned it and is sitting in wait until it can be put back where it belongs. So try it on, check it out but please put it back on the hanger or shelf if you aren't going to purchase it. Try on a jacket. Don't like it? Put it back. Decide wether you are really going to buy it or not. Don't wait till the last minute and decide not to and leave it in the front. Someone else may want it and won't see it cause someone left it somewhere it doesn't belong or has left it up front or with the dressing room attendants and they can't always redistribute items back fast enough. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!!!! I love the awesome variety of merchandise that always changes. I'm very petite so I can always find clothes that fit, and every day is like a treasure hunt. I have found the most beautiful things to decorate my home, and my favorite purchases are their really cute and cool coats and motorcycle style jackets. I have gotten almost all of my coats there, which I get compliments on everywhere I go, and all my jeans are from there too.

One of my favorite things about the store is how clean it is, it has a great layout, and the employees take really nice care of it. I'm very proud of our store. The one in Medford is dark, cluttered and has a really weird layout. I won't even go in there. I find it very frustrating when the prices on items aren't easily seen. I saw numerous items in the home items such as rugs, kitchen items etc that did not have prices on them. Or I had to put down what I had 2 lift the "heavy item" (planter pots) upside down 2 see prices. I saw a rug I wanted 2 buy;there were 2 of the same kind & neither one had a price. I know normally this would be a small thing but I was in a hurry & 2 go up front 2 find a sales person to come 2 the back to price an item would have taken more time than I had. I was a bit rushed.
