Visited US Cellular 06/09/2024 and had the pleasure of meeting David as our representative. David was extremely personable, and knowledgeable about each product we discussed. David also offered up great advice during our conversation to make sure all bases were covered. This was so very helpful when making a decision on which phone suited our needs best. During our time there, David became extremely busy as multiple customers came in over the course of an hour. David provided excellent customer service to each individual walking in the room, and everyone waiting as David was the only one there to assist customers. During this time, David continued to show me and my group constant care and respect informing us of each step of the process, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decision. This Cellular Store is amazing! Today David did a terrific job troubleshooting a problem we had with our phone. He kept working on it until the issue was resolved. About ten days ago I broke my phone. Dakota helped me file a claim as my phone was un-useable, making an otherwise stressful situation easier.
