The management there was extremely direspectful and rude to me all because I looked at some football cards, and was deciding Whether or not I was going to have enough money to buy them while I was shopping for cat litter. I decided not to buy them because I didn't have the money, so I set them down on the shelves near the cash register and as I was paying and going to leave the store, the manager comes up to me and Very rudely says, where are the football cards? I told him I set them down as he was looking me up and down checking my pockets with his eyes. Keep in mind I've have bought cards from this location on multiple occasions. I was extremely embarrassed because he did this in front of other customers and was basically accusing me of stealing. I will never go back to this location. Oh, and when I got home, I decided to call the manager to speak to him about what had happened in the way he treated me. And do you think he apologized? No, he said, I can look where I want. I'm sure I won't get a response to this. Because it's not a positive review, but I would very much like a number for corporate or the owner To report what had happened, I feel this guy should be held accountable and should learn how to treat customers, and it wasn't just him, they were watching me from the time that I walked in to the time I walked out. They do not trust their customers at all or maybe they were just judging me because of the way I look with my tattoos, I don't know, but I feel it was discrimination.

Read moreJust recently started a lawn care business and was buying all my stihl products through there knox store. My chainsaw which was purchased new there. Had 3 warranty issues within first 6 months and the 3 times it was there a combined 48days. The last time is was in was pull cord, the service guy didnt even cut the pull cord to correct size. My string timmers ive had zero issues with, my backpack blower had a recall which didnt know untill i took it in to get a part that was broke which was told it was in stock. Late that day get there and the fuel cap wasnt even close to fit my blower. Counter help told me 2 weeks to get fuel cap in then 3 weeks to get recall resolved. Call a stihl dealer a couple towns over and he states every dealer can get parts with 3 days. Smiths told me its impossible. Everytime i have went in there for anything stihl products never any help to select the correct chain. Ive even had 2 personal conversations with the owner and never would help me just always has an excuse...

They tell you they don't have it in stock and computer says they do...you go in and their it is...plain sight. Things are not priced properly. Be honest the owners are rude. They behalve as tho their doing you a favor by being in buisness. Arrogant almost. Someone had mispriced an entire pallet of a product and when I went purchase it, rang up a lot more. Store owner came looked refused sale it for that price. I really feel like the owners managers need take some customer service classes and learn how value customers. I ordered for my husband a product around 20 bucks. He went pick up came home with a 200 piece of equipment that a worker insisted was his and actually put in his truck.
