Alumni Hall — Local services in Knoxville

Great selection of Tennessee stuff with great prices and great customer service! I recently entered Alumni Hall in Turkey Creek, Farragut, TN on Monday, November 29, 2021. When I entered the store Kaiyah and Chris both greeted me! They both were so polite! I asked Kaiyah where a picture frame was and she directed me to Chris! Chris knew exactly where the frame was and helped me out quickly and professionally! He also retrieved a pick up order that I had ordered online! And he also rang me up! He was so nice and so helpful in doing all of that for me! He is such a courteous gentleman and super hard working employee too! Thank you so much Chris! The store is clean and has many designs to chose from. Prices are a bit high. Some items have really good quality. However, the smaller sizes were all gone. We weren’t able to find small or medium sizes for the items that we wanted. My kids were looking for softball items. We find out that this specific store doesn’t carry any softball merchandise. The workers were very nice and let us know where the softball store was. It’s only 5 minutes away...
