Absolutely disgusting experience at this Chipotle tonight. I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running, but it was a total disaster from start to finish. First off, every employee behind the counter was moving slower than molasses. The place was packed at 8:30pm, but they don’t close until 11, so you'd think they’d be at least a little prepared. Nope. We finally get to the front after waiting forever, and we’re told there’s no white rice – only brown – and that white rice won’t be ready for another 25 minutes. Seriously? Then I ask for carne asada, and I'm told the only option left is chicken – and that they’re done cooking meat for the rest of the night. It's 8:30. What are you doing closing your kitchen at 8:30 when you close at 11? There were no fajita veggies, either. No apology, no explanation, nothing. No greeting, no friendliness, just a bunch of miserable people doing the absolute bare minimum. And it gets worse. There were no forks – just a sign saying “Fork monsters stole our forks.” Are you kidding me? Grow up. The soda machine? Just water. No syrup in any of them. Ice machine? Broken. And instead of fixing it, there’s a nasty pile of melting ice sitting in the drain tray. Every table outside was piled with trash and leftover food. Trash cans overflowing with garbage spilling out all over the floor. Clearly no one had cleaned in days. And the final straw – we sit down and open our food, and there’s ICE on top of the lettuce. We ask what’s going on, and the worker says the lettuce wasn’t cold enough so they added ICE to it. That’s revolting. And to top it all off, the chicken was soggy and gross. Straight-up inedible. This place is a health code violation waiting to happen. Absolutely disgusting, totally unprofessional, and I will never be back. If I could give a negative star I would. Chipotle, do better.

My family and I went to this Chipotle around 4pm on July 5th, 2025. There were only two employees running the store and the place was empty when we walked in. They were out of several items, the greens for salads and bowls were almost gone and very wilted. I noticed the kitchen was a bit unkempt and some of the food looked like it had been sitting there a while. I decided to go next door, but the rest of my family had already ordered food ( 2- carnitas burritos and 1- chicken bowl). We took the food home, which is only a 10-15 minute drive. The carnitas seemed to be fine, but the chicken tasted rancid, like it went bad. Also, the bag the food came in was completely drenched on the bottom by the time we got home. Of course, my family member only took a small taste and then threw the whole bowl away. I don’t necessarily blame the employees. I think they may have been a bit under staffed and one of the workers seemed to be a bit overwhelmed or unsure; possibly a newer employee. My advice is to make sure it’s fresh before eating here. I’m glad I went to Cava instead! Not worth getting food poisoning over!

I’ve given this location 3 different attempts. Don’t bother. Just go to any other one except this location. First time I went they were out of many ingredients and waited till it was too late to inform the customer. Second and third time I’ve gone my experience has been the same: anything but great. Employees body language reads as an attitude as if you’re annoying them by being there. But let’s get to the food: why is my steak cut up as small as humanely possible? No other chipotle cuts their steak this tiny! This is not baby food. Second, they leave the “butts” of the lettuce. Don’t serve something you wouldn’t eat yourself! And third, I wanted to get a drink but all the bubblers were bone dry. They just opened the store. That lets me know that no one has cleaned it the night before, perhaps longer, and no one cares to address it either. This location needs an intervention and fast.

It was A Day of Unfathomable Struggle Ending In A Night of Blessings: ALL BECAUSE Chipotle IS EPIC ALL THE WAY AROUND! TOP KNOTCH SERVICE AND FOOD! 🧡 I MUST SHOUT OUT TO THE ANGLE CASHIER WHOM BLESSED MY LIFE WITH HER KINDNSS. AS I am writing this review with immense gratitude and appreciation for the extraordinary experience I had at Chipotle. Tonight, I encountered a mysterious and remarkable cashier whose name remains unknown, but her impact on my life will be forever cherished.

As I walked into Chipotle, burdened by the weight of the day, I had no idea that a simple visit to this restaurant would become a moment of blessing. From the moment I approached the counter, this mysterious woman exuded a warmth and kindness that instantly put me at ease.

Her genuine smile and compassionate demeanor were like a balm for my soul. Despite the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, she took the time to attentively listen to my order, ensuring that every detail was captured correctly. Her dedication and attention to detail were truly impressive.

What struck me the most was her ability to make me feel seen and valued. As someone who often struggles with self-doubt and anxiety, her genuine care and attentiveness were like a beacon of light in a dark moment. She went above and beyond her role as a cashier, radiating a sense of positivity and grace that was truly inspiring.

Throughout the entire transaction, this mystery woman's kindness and generosity continued to shine. She patiently answered my questions and offered recommendations with a genuine enthusiasm that made me feel like a valued customer. Her passion for her work was evident in her every action, and it was contagious.

As I left Chipotle with my meal, I couldn't help but reflect on the profound impact this unknown cashier had on my evening. Her presence and the blessings she bestowed upon me were beyond measure. I felt uplifted, rejuvenated, and grateful for the encounter.

Chipotle, as a restaurant, deserves commendation for fostering an environment that nurtures exceptional individuals like this mystery woman. The dedication to customer service and the emphasis on creating a positive experience were evident throughout my visit. It is clear that Chipotle values not only the quality of their food but also the quality of their employees.

To the unknown cashier at Chipotle, thank you for your incredible kindness and for blessing my life in ways you may never fully comprehend. Your genuine smile, attentive service, and unwavering positivity turned a simple visit into a moment of profound significance. You are a true testament to the power of human connection and the impact one person can have on another.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Chipotle, not only for their delicious food but for the exceptional customer service provided by individuals like this mystery woman. Her presence illuminated my night and reminded me of the beauty that lies in simple acts of kindness. Chipotle and their remarkable employees continue to exceed expectations, leaving customers like me feeling blessed...

I have never given a bad review but this is definitely warranted this time. This chipotle location has just really gone downhill. We went on Saturday at 6pm (July 22) The positive was that only 3 other people were inside so we had plenty of space and it was quiet but I guess now we know why. First, the eating area was very dirty. Literally every single table had trash or food on the counter top. I should have taken a picture to post. They had at least 5 workers that I counted so not sure what the issue was but no one seemed to care about the mess. We made our usual order a chicken bowl and 3 tacos. The lettuce looked old and was discolored so we avoided it but once we sat down with our food we realized that there were other problems. The rice was so hard i was worried i would crack a tooth. I tried to eat it but after 3 or 4 bites i just could not do it. The meat was not warm. It was not entirely cold but not even close to what I would expect and it had been out for a long time I am sure. Due to the inedible rice and not warm meat, I took our bowl back and nicely explained the issues and requested a new one with fresh rice that was not crunchy. The person who was at the register did it for us but was clearly put out about it despite the fact that she had nothing else to do at that moment. I was very nice when I made this request but did not receive a "Oh, I'm so sorry" or "sure we can do that for you", or a "my pleasure." She literally just walked over and grumbled, which rice do you want? The chicken had about 6 little pieces left and I had to ask her to please not give me the last few bites but to see if they had a new batch of chicken, which they did about 5 feet away, she changed it out and used the new chicken but again seemed annoyed by my request. The service at this location has been bad before but this time it was only matched by the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. We will not be going to this particular location again. I feel bad for whoever owns this as I am sure they have no idea what is going on. The whole time I thought two things (1) the workers need to be trained by whoever trains workers at Chic-fil-A and (2) i should have just gone to Pacos Tacos only 1/2 a mile down the street. Go to chipotle, just...

I have frequented this chipotle for several years now and over the past year and a half or so the service has gotten worse and worse. I never thought I’d be that “guy” to have to leave a negative review for an industry I have the upmost respect for and worked as a teenager, but today was the straw that broke the camels back.

I visited the parkside location on 4/1/24 at 3:30pm and from the initial interaction on, it was incredibly negative. I started my interaction with the greeter as I always do with “ma’am or sir” and asked for two bowls: one veggie and the other with a protein. The employee appeared to be flustered at the start of our interaction so I tried to be overly apologetic when it seemed like he was rushing through my order. When I asked for him to correct the order after receiving quick quarter scoops of items I was greeted with a quick rude remark and filled up 90 percent of the veggie bowl with rice and threw the bowl to the side and then blatantly missed topping I had asked for. At this point, i almost decided to leave and just be done with the situation but I decided to tough it out and just try be understanding. At check out, I was charged for toppings that should have been on the bowl but was forgotten about and appeared incorrectly as “sides”.

At the conclusion of the purchase I was so disgusted by the bowls I had been served I opened the bowls and fixed them myself by emptying out 50 percent of the bowl due to the rice that was piled on.

I understand the immense pressure these employees are under and the daily pressures withstood throughout the day as I too am in a retail setting. and I don’t blame the employee in fact I blame the management of this location. This is sadly only one story of many negative ones that I’ve endured while coming to this location and sadly this will be my last one because I will not be going anymore. The amount of rude encounters I’ve had here is unfathomable and with better alternatives close, I’m simply done. I hope ownership reads this review and truly sees how far this...
