I brought my S23 ultra to this store to replace the screen without imagining that they were literally going to steal my money. The guy told me that he could replace my screen but the only problem I was going to have was the quality of the image because the screen was not original from Samsung. I accepted because I needed the cell phone urgently for my work. I told him that I was returning to Orlando FL in 2 days because I was in Tennessee for work. The next day I called him and told him that my biometric finger was not working and that I put a screen protector on it and I had to remove it because the screen did not work with the protector. He told me that he forgot to tell me that my biometric finger was not going to work because the screen was not Samsung and that it would take him 3 or 4 days to fix my cell phone and that I would take the cell phone to be fixed at a CPR store in FL. I did it.. When I took the cell phone to the CPR store in FL they told me that they couldn't fix my cell phone because they only had original Samsung screens and the price was $399. I called about my lgv20 getting it charging port repaired they said over the phone that they can do it . I drove all the way there for them to tell me once I got there that they can't because it would be a micro soldering job. How could They not have known when I spoke to them the first time on the phone instead of waiting till I got there to tell me or even call to tell me. Waste of a 15 mile drive. Dwayne and the associate told me over the phone that they can do the repair. Not very knowledgable and was not very professional. They want to take the phone from the locationion and ship it somewhere else and says that it can be done the same day. Very upset with being dragged around then told that it would have to go to the Alcoa location. Update: The owner is now trying to say that his University of Tennessee location does do micro soldering on his response to my previous review to cover his butt witch is a lie. Incompetent and scammy. Tell your customers you're getting an off brand screen when you get a new screen replaced so we can actually know what we're buying. Im telling everyone I see and T-mobile to use someone else with their phone needs. I can't believe a company like this can stay open ripping people off. I got a new screen FINALLY after going thru T-Mobile and having them take care of it. My phone now won't connect to wi-fi nor will my bluetooth work after leaving this insane asylum. The owner is a joke and taking on more than he can chew I waited almost 2 hours in the lobby when I was told it would be done at a certain time and than for my troubles I got a the cheapest screen protector that didn't last 48 hrs on my phone before the adhesive came off and took another ten minutes.
