We started our day prom dress shopping and went to four different stores before we headed to SBC. It had been a chaotic day and we had spent 5 hours with no luck. As soon as we walked into SBC, we were promptly greeted by multiple team members and immediately felt a different atmosphere than anywhere else we had been today. The first team member took my daughter to the dresses in her size and started To trying to assist her. They located several dresses in the size and price range we told them and took them back to their own private dressing room. After trying on several dresses and getting a good feel for what she was looking for, the ladies brought several more dresses and never missed a beat! They located the perfect dress for her and the process was seamless! MORAL OF THE STORY: We should have came here first and never went anywhere else!! Highly recommend and will definitely be bringing her back here for all her future needs! Excellent Experience, Selection and Customer Service! We were extremely pleased with the care and attention provided by Southern Belle Boutique while shopping for my granddaughter's 8th grade prom dress. Their team took care of handling the dresses we were trying on, and assisted the entire time with helping get in and out of the dresses as she tried on multiple dresses. We were able to enjoy watching as she tried on each one while the team assisted. They provided additional assistance by clipping the dress where alterations might be needed so we could envision the final product. We went to other boutiques that did not provide the same customer service and oversight. Other boutiques had dresses in bags making it difficult to see the dresses and with little help in selecting and assisting with trying on. After feeling defeated by going to the usual boutique everyone runs to for prom... a mess at this one. Multiple hours of waiting. Every new dress tried on had major issues like broken zippers, a tear, ties broken, not much help at all from customer service once we got to a try-on room, and finally finding nothing we decided on referral to drive over to this boutique. WHAT A FLIP OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 100 percent top notch!!! Upon entrance to leaving you felt well taken care of in all realms. They have a large quantity of new dresses and also consignment dresses. If I could give this business 100 stars I would!! In less than an hour, my granddaughter was treated like a queen who was looking for the perfect dress to walking out with her dream outfit!
