I went to this location late last year with the intention of getting a new black suit for my son's wedding. I ended up spending almost a thousand on a suit, blazer jacket, multiple pairs of slacks, shirts, shoes. overcoat and various other items. This store is about an hour and a half one way from my home. but it is the closest reputable suit place to me.
The people at this store were very helpful and full of knowledge. I thought I was going to be well taken care of. When I asked if they did alterations as my pant length is in between sizes, they assured me that they did. They failed to mention that it was $35 per pair of pants even when purchased there.
They had to order my slacks so I went back in for fitting and measurements. They then let me know a couple weeks later that they were ready for pickup. When I went to pick up I tried on one set of pants and they seemed fine so I left happy. Its my fault for not trying on all three sets but I thought they would all be hemmed to the same inseam length. I have added a picture of all three pants that were hemmed at different lengths...
When I finally put on my suit pants the day of the wedding with the shoes I also purchased there. We noticed immediately that the suit pants were way to short. I had no choice but to wear them. The jacket fit good and looked great. However the right jacket pocket has a hole in the bottom where it was not stitched. We also noticed that on the overcoat (pictured) I bought, the inner lining is misaligned and the inside pocket it also worthless.
I honestly can't recommend these suits if you are wanting them for everyday or frequent wear. I don't believe the quality is there after seeing the issues with mine already. Unfortunately I don't think they left enough material for my suit pants to be...
Read moreWent to Mens warehouse to get fitted for a tux for my wedding, and had a HORRIBLE experience. I’m a small guy, and hard to fit as my chest is 29inches and I’m 5’3”. The guy didn’t seem to have any time for us, did quick measurements, and basically said “it’s on you now” and walked away as we were trying to ask questions. After that, my dad called Jos A Bank for me, and talked to Nash. Nash assured us he could help, and setup an appointment time for us. We went up there, and he was extremely helpful and kind. Gave us his undivided attention, and truly tried his best to help me out. He showed me how to tie my tie, how to properly button my vest and coat, and how to hang my pants! Super awesome guy, and did everything he could. Due to my sizing, I couldn’t get an actual “tux” I could only get a suit. He showed me the small differences, and I pulled the trigger for the suit. He even tried to find a place that specializes in tuxedos for smaller guys, but I decided it wasn’t a huge issue and that buying the suit from him was the better choice and I was happy with that! I mean, I’m smaller but hey, I got a full suit for like $200. You can’t beat that! I was incredibly happy with my choice, and he hyped me up when I came back after alterations and tried the full ensemble on. Awesome guy, awesome place to buy a suit, or a tux! If you need help, ask for Nash, he was incredibly helpful and very kind. It made the experience very pleasant, and more than made up for the subpar service we got at...
Read moreI went with someone who was trying to purchase their first suit and the experience here broke my heart for them. They were busy (prom season and a Saturday, so heavy traffic is to be expected) and there were only 3 employees working. He hopped in line at the register once he was ready to check out (wound up looking around on his own to find at least a jacket, didn't have the right size pants) after waiting a long time, when it got to his turn the cashier looked at his watch and just walked away. No greeting, no hand off to another employee, no other employee switching the place to take care of the line of people who were waiting at the register to be taken care of. The guy in line behind him was waiting to pick up a suit he called about, was already paid for , and they were supposed to have it laying out and waiting on him so once someone finally came back up - he let him go ahead of him to grab his suit. That wound up taking awhile because they couldn't find it. Once the coat was finally paid for, we went to Men's Warehouse to get it tailored. The employees at Men's Warehouse were so kind, greeted you the moment you walked in, and seemed appreciative of their clients' business. Wish we would have started there from...
