I took my iphone 5 on the 2/12/15 there and kept calling about any progress on my phone. They kept telling me that give them time and I have given them already two weeks which I really needed my phone back. I picked up my phone and ended up taking it to Frank's tech help in Knoxville because no work was done at Cybertec. Not only did the guy fixed my phone the same day, Frank told me there was several parts of my iphone pieces missing inside probably when cybertec took my phone apart which made me so upset they would do that to be. I know the parts were inside my iphone when I brought it to the shop because I was only fixing the battery it seem like cause my phone wans't holding a charge, but ended up having to do more work which was a nightmare for me. I never write reviews, but I want people to know about my experience so this never happens to someone. I highly recommend Frank's tech help for fixing any computer/apple related products and will be the only place from now on I'm getting any of my...
Read morehis guy SUCKS! They didn't give me any estimate before doing the work. They never called with status as promised. I'd call and they'd say well we did a little work but need to do more. It took weeks to get it back. All they had to do was transfer files from an old PC to the laptop and clear viruses off the laptop. Cost $160. I called so many times. He'd say he's busy and will call back but doesn't. They often don't answer during working hrs and there is no voicemail. They never did call me one time. The owner can't work a PC any better than I can and I'm old. The young tech that works for him is great. He should leave the old man. The place doubles as trophy sales if that tells u anything. Totally unorganized. Be warned....
Read moreStay away from these crooks! They take your money and either screw up your computer or don't even really work on it. My experience was that they kept my computer about 11 days longer than they told me it would take. And, then when I got it back they really hadn't even tried to fix it. They never even opened it up. Because I took my computer to my regular computer guy and he said there was no way that they opened it because of how much dust was still in there. I guess I am lucky that they didn't open it up, because if they had they probably would have screwed it up even more. Do yourself a favor and find someone besides Cybertec to work on...
