East Tennessee Children's Hospital: Human Resources — Local services in Knoxville

I made a trip to the Human Resource department to find more information about getting employed there, and they were absolutely no help at all. I had already been online and filled out applications and heard, first hand, from a current employee that they were extremely short staffed in the Nursing Assistant department. They told me to go online...when I explained that I had already done that, they told me to do it again and didn't seem very interested at all in spending their time helping me. They said "there's a computer over there" and walked away. NOT my choice for...

Horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. Never saw a dr or nurse other than initial triage nurse. 3 hours in waiting room 3 in an ER room. No nurse dr or tech ever came in to check or examine and when I called for a nurse I was told rudely it wasn’t atypical to not see anyone for that long. We left. Never got a pillow or blanket or sheet just a bed for my daughter to lay on with a dirty floor and a bloody napkin...

Absolutely amazing. Never had a bad experience. Been going since I was a kid and now I take my 3 year old. Thank you so much to everyone who works there! Yall are true heros. Also my daughter was in NICU when she was born and they were incredible...
