Express — Local services in Knoxville

Worst experience in all my years with this inept company. They’re exceedingly overpriced for the quality of what they sell. When they sent my order to another state, and couldn’t refund me, I was furious. I called, emailed, and eventually had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. It takes much time, aggravation, and being on hold explaining to their customer service reps who do nothing to help. I never received a refund, but they charged my credit card anyway. (and YOU have to pay $7.00 to return an item) that’s IF you get it. I had to wait for weeks for the order that I never received and there was no help from their customer service department. I must have called them 10 times and they blamed it on the postal service. Just terrible business practices on their part. I’ve never had as bad an experience with any other online order EVER! I’ve been shopping at this Express for the past two years and it’s going downhill. Every few months there are new sales associates working there. I recently encountered two. One, was an older gentleman with a bit of a pot belly and a younger male. The younger male was pretty friendly. While the other gentleman that took care of my transaction never gave any eye contact. Also, he didn’t process my transaction correctly. I’ve never interacted with someone like that in the store before. I get it’s a tough time for retail hiring and retaining associates, but quality must not be sacrificed. At the bare minimum a sales associate should be at least pleasant to interact with.
