I bought my bangle from there with one charm after I got married. It means a lot to me. I don't buy charms often, only for special occasions like travel and Christmas. Last time I went in there was for Christmas 2017. I was quickly assisted and taken to a register. The girl who was behind the register informed me that she was going to lunch and could not help me. So nobody was behind the register for a while. That's actually bad customer service, something that I was always warned not to do when I worked retail. There was another couple being helped on the side of the store and then they were ringed up by either the person who helped me or another person. They left. So next should have been my transaction. No, another person was helped and then some talking among the workers as I stared there in confusion. I had the charm on my bracelet. People kept being waited on and transactions processed. I finally took the charm off and threw it in the box they hold charms in and the girl behind the counter says "Oh?" Yeah, oh, I wasn't standing here for ten minutes without being spoken to because it's fun. I could have walked out with it, but I'm not that person and if had walked out with it, I would have tossed it in the water that kids...

I was thoroughly disgusted with my service on Monday, November 11, 2019. I had waited for 30 minutes for a salesperson, only to have a couple walk right in and be waited on while I stood there waiting. There were two salespersons and two customers in the store as I waited. The store isn't that large, so I was easily seen. I mentioned it to the salesperson as she waited on the newly arrived customers and her answer was "oh what did you want". WHAT?!! I just politely walked out of the store. What ever happened to apologies? What about training the salespeople to ask who was next as is done in most stores? Now I'm going to search for another store who sells Pandora jewelry. This store is absolutely terrible! I went there on a Saturday and while literally in the middle of talking to a sales person and asking her questions, she completely dismissed me as if I wasn’t speaking and started giggling and talking with her friend that had walked in. While there I purchased a bracelet and a charm but I was also trying to get my old bracelet cleaned and rep told me they only clean on Monday thru Thursday during business hours and I would have to come back. Fast forward to today (Thursday) I walk in and tell them I am there to have my bracelet cleaned and I get told they can’t help me due to there not being a certain number of people there and I could come back.
