I absolutely ADORE this hidden gem of a store in South knox! Most of my entire wardrobe has came from here! All or most of the clothes fit true to size. They also have a wide variety of sizes from extra small to even plus size clothing. They even have some baby clothing. I love that their pricing is affordable and it’s not outrageous like some of the boutiques in Knoxville. They also run sales on their clothes and you can really catch a great deal! Rachael, the owner, goes above and beyond for all of her customers. It’s more than just a price tag on the clothing. it’s the personal relationship she builds with each customer. The customer service is absolutely wonderful from all of the staff. Their social marketing is absolutely excellent. I love that they have a a rack in the back of the store where you can find nifty finds. I also am in love with the fact that they get new stuff in almost every day. I’m very thankful for the help I got today at this lovely boutique! I’m the kind of person who likes monotone, neutral, easy to match clothes. Black makes up 80% of my closet. Such a friendly and helpful boutique! I even got to meet the owner, and she is the absolute sweetest. They had the cutest Vols game day attire—both comfy and stylish—for adults and little Vols fans too. I loved the mix of casual wear, loungewear, and dressy pieces.
