Had a work order to pick up. 5 sandwiches with a ready time of 11:52 am. Arrived at 11:50 told them I was there they said that they were still working on them. So I bought a drink and sat down to wait. Many to go orders on the top of counter and more people coming in. Its 12:05 no order up yet, 12:15 still waiting , 12:30 still waiting. Finally I get to ask if the were still working on it or had they forgotten it. Oh they said its right here sitting down in the "door dash area" all the while they are all back there cackling like a bunch of hens. So I took order and left letting know my displeasure with their service. I get the order back to the job site and all the sandwiches are wrong and one is missing so I call. I speak to manager letting her know how highly pissed I am mainly because the guys I work with only get a half an hour for lunch and it is already exhausted because of the wait. She argues with me about the order and then I told her that I was going up with the complaint. Then she offers to remake the order and asks me when I could comeback. Being the smart ass that I am when im pissed I asked her if I needed to schedule a pick up time or what? She said she could have them ready in 10 mins I said ok. I arrived about 15 mins later and they were still working on them. Lmao ... within a few mins she hands the bag over to me ... no Im sorry , no nothing. The sandwiches were not dressed and were probably the worst ive ever had from FIREHOUSE SUBS! I will never , ever do business with them again at any location. And yes I am going...

I placed the order around 230-3pm & scheduled to pick it up for 5pm. I arrive a little after 5pm & there were 6-7 people working, however my sandwich was not ready for pickup. When the little girl found the ticket she stated it was pushed back. So I stated so basically with this many people working here, my order got forgot about? Here's what I have to say to the owners of this site: There is no way you can justify the fact that my order was forgotten about especially when you have 6-7 people working behind the counter & I placed that order at 230-3 online. There is a reason why there is an option for online ordering, & it's bc so people do not have to wait on their food. With that many people behind the counter, there should be at least one person making sure those online orders are...

After ordering and paying sheās like oh weāre out of medium cups so I have to charge you extra for a large. Paid extra for large cups. All of the drinks in the drink machine were absolutely disgusting. Couldnāt even drink anything. Get our subs set down to eat and they are dry, no sauce whatsoever. Go to the counter and sheās like oh Iām sorry weāre out of all of our sauces. That would have been nice to know before hand. My child wants loaded baked potato soup so I order a cup. She then tells me there is an upcharge for bacon and cheeseā¦in a loaded baked potato soup. The soup comes and it is ice cold and disgustingly sour. I take it back up and sheās like oh itās supposed to have a sour taste to it. I was very disappointed with food and service tonight. Wonāt be back...
