Decent fast food, decent fast service, average value, growing pains. I like Chick-fil-a and their food. Their breakfasts are delish for what they are, and fire lunch their salads are decent. They have good soup options, their tea typically never disappoints, their waffle fries are a craving unto themselves.... Let's just get this off the table; the food quality typically makes the mark. What one pays for this quality? It's a premium, and while that may be a sign of the times, it has to be noted that there is a significant cost. Also, this Chick-fil-a struggles with growing pains. Unfortunately, this is due to bad restaurant planning and they should really take a note from McDonald's on how to manage a drive through. Their drive through experience is not cost effective in time or money noting the amount of people it takes to run it. They could merely visit a Chick-fil-a in Johnson City to understand how this process should work in a smaller space even. It needs cameras and optimization. Making employees stand in the weather at times is rough. Beyond this, the only complaint I have is skimping on the occasional order, but that happens everywhere (Drinks not being filled, orders filled incorrectly). So I'm just going to leave it at that and state for the most part, one has a good experience at this...
Read moreBoy did we have a crazy day today. I would like to first bring out how helpful those hardworking workers are and how amazing they are.
I was with my friend and her older sister. (The older sister was driving) So, we went through the drivethru to just get us some lunch before going bowling.
So, after we order and wait in the line, the car completely dies. Wouldn’t come on at all. The sister jumps out and apologies to all the people.
Next thing you know, about three or four workers come out and start PUSHING the car thru the driveway to make sure we can get out safely and also push it in a parking spot. They gave us our food for free and continued to check up on us to make sure we were okay. (We are teens, so it was pretty scary.)
They were so stinking caring that I started crying a little bit. Inside, they comforted us and made sure we weren’t afraid.
After eating, one of the workers made sure we made it to a car parts shop safely because he was extremely concerned for our safety. He treated us like we were his daughters and we felt so comfortable.
This had to be the best experience at Chick-fil-A ever for me.
Now, we are all home safe. The car is being worked on, but we would have a whole different experience if we weren’t at...
Read moreSo disappointed in the employees unwillingness to help us out at this location. No curbside pick-up option available, only drive-thru or pick-up inside because they "don't want their employees to risk falling in the icy parking lot" per a phone conversation. So, the logic is that it's ok for dine-in or inside pickup customers to drive & walk through an "icy" parking lot, but not your employees? How did they get into the building this morning? Why is a business allowing their parking lot to remain in this condition? I went on to ask if my husband, down to one arm after surgery, could at least get some help carrying his order back outside & was told he should just get in the drive-thru. He'd rather risk falling as wait half his life in a Chick-fil-a drive-thru. And frankly, even for drive-thru customers, parking lots in this condition are unacceptable. This company makes more than enough money to salt & plow until the cows come home. (Chick-fil-a cow...
