I HIGHLY SUGGEST READING THE WHOLE THING.
PSA I absolutely DO NOT recommend us cellular in Knoxville for literally anything at all. Isaiah got a new phone 2 weeks ago, they didn’t have his screen protector so they ordered him one which was completely fine. Fast forward to a week later, they call him to let him know it’s in. One of the employees put the protector on his PERFECTLY WORKING PHONE. he walked out of the store and went to call me just to find his screen completely black. The employee broke his phone when she put the protector on. They’re willing to replace it but he has to pay $150 to do so. Fast forward to today, all of the sudden they never broke his phone and there was 3 witnesses to say so. So his perfectly working phone just magically broke in the 5 minutes it took them to put a screen protector on and go to the car. Not to mention they NEVER EVEN ORDERED HIS REPLACEMENT PHONE. he now has 2 days left before he has to pay even more to get it replaced. Shout out to Knoxville USCellular. What a literal joke 🙄 I’d also like to add the staff is honestly unfriendly. Amber is rude on the phone and Jason doesn’t seem to want anyone else to talk but himself.
Update: the employee who broke his phone is Tosha S. She has standing issues with my family so we now fully believe this was deliberate and they won’t do anything about it. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS STORE

The staff has been rude and seemed inconvenienced any time we went in store. We started getting her phone minutes online instead of going in store. Again met with rudeness. I was given a wrong account number and so I called. When the lady was telling me again the number I said oh that's why it's not working I don't have the right number. She then wanted to raise her voice explaining they're are 2 different account numbers. Okay so why are we elevating attitude instead of just giving me the second number. I then expressed that I just needed the number and did not need yelled at. She started she wasn't others could hear across the the room. Read moreOne of the phones on my account stopped receiving texts. Took phone in to this store on Sunday afternoon. Waited 40 minutes for a rep to assist us, and then when it was our turn, she helped another customer who came in after us. If you have lots of patience and don't mind waiting 45-60 minutes and don't care if someone after you is seen first, then this is your store. They need more than two workers (hire more staff dummies). Then the gal that helped us (eventually after waiting more than 50 minutes) couldn't give me a better explanation of what she did to fix the problem. For what they charge you, you'd think they could hire help, and explain what the heck they did...
