At Home — Local services in Kochville Township

Okay, first, I just want to say this store is amazing, and I'm always bragging about it to people up where I live (Roscommon County area)...We SO need one by us up north. Anyway, this last time I came in the store (a couple of Sunday's ago, maybe?) and was checking out near closing time. There was a sweet blonde girl at the register. I'm stumped on her name, but she did state she was a part of management or something (there was a price conflict I was letting her know about, so that's why that came up in conversation).. She was able to help me.. very professional, understanding, and still gave me the product for the price I had seen. -- The price I saw was the only price on the box, which had been for a different product, and I didn't even realize that initially until I double-checked the price on the scanner & went back to make sure I saw what I saw..lol. I actually had JUST ordered one online that was the cheapest I could find & was double the price that I had seen in the store, so I immediately grabbed one and canceled my order, so it didn't ship out. Something had just told me to double-check it when I saw the scanner because it was such a price difference. Very grateful for the lady who took care of things for me, though, when I let her know about all of that. She was so kind. You don't come across that a...

Horrible customer service... Went to the At Home store in Saginaw michigan to purchase a bed set today. I have medical reason why I can't wear a face mask. I entered the store and one worker asked if we needed help , she lead us to the downstairsand started showing us the the ones that were similar to the one we were looking for. The manager came downstairs and told me no mask no service,. I polity told him I had a medical condition and couldn't wear one. He said "it doesn't matter ". Instead of causing a scene , I said okay and started to leave. He followed me to the exit and watched me get into my car. My sister was still in the store and decided they didn't need her business after that, while walking up the stairs the manager and a different associate were talking about me. I felt like a criminal , and I did nothing wrong. Why would the one associate work with us instead of the management making me feel as if I shoplifed. ? After today's experience I would not recommend this store to anyone. Shame on you and the way you handle...

I just heard about this place on Facebook I belong to a couple of Halloween and fall groups and they said at home had a cold orange.

On July 5th I stopped at a home goods store thinking that was the same place. Home good stores are okay but a week later my best friend and I drove an hour up to the Saginaw at home store and I have to say I LOVE this store!

As a Halloween lover and it fall over I directly went there have to admit that's where I spent my most money then I went through lawn furniture we are looking for new lawn furniture found a couple items I liked, then walked around the back of the store ended up in the photos looking for a new photo for my bathroom found a couple I like still debating on which one I want The store just has everything.

When I checked out I told the gentleman that I would probably be back and he says they can't put their fall stuff out fast enough that soon as they put it out it goes off the shelves. So if you were looking for some unique fall / Halloween items this is a great...
