I just had the most rude experience with the manager at this location. I didn't catch her name, but it was on Sept. 11 at 9pm. I originally came through the drive thru to get custard. I had to repeat myself multiple times to finally get my simple order straight, which can be understandable because maybe the person was new or it was hard to hear, which is not my main issue. I came back and went inside after I realized my custard did not taste right and wanted it corrected. I was stared at and not greeted by anyone, and the manager was immediately rude to myself and my fiance, making us feel uncomfortable. She rudely asked us what we needed and made us feel like we were stupid and an inconvenience to her for wanting our order corrected. She said "Yeah, I mean I can remake it for you or whatever, but you have what you wanted" in a very snotty tone, proceeded to turn around and talk about us to her employees while they were snickering at us. I could also hear them, as they were not at all sneaky about it. She then asked us multiple times from across the main lobby what our order was, continued to say rude things about us, and walked back to the counter in front of the kitchen. She began talking about us again to the kitchen workers, who all looked at us when she started talking, making it obvious they were talking about us. If it's really that hard for you to be nice and make sure people have a good experience at your restaurant, then you need to find a new line of work. Read moreI went to the drive-thru today to order two double bacon Butter Burgers and the first order that was brought to my vehicle was incorrect told the gal that brought it out and she ended up charging me more because they ring it in incorrectly. The second order that was brought out to the vehicle was also incorrect. This was not noticed until we had our meal back home as we went through the drive-thru. When I called to let the store know the order was incorrect the manager that answered the phone did not give her name and argued with me over the order. I explained how it was incorrect and what the order was supposed to be and she stated that it was ringing correctly and brought out correctly I told her what was on the burgers once we got them home and she rudely interrupted me asked for my address offered to send coupons but declined to admit any responsibility for their employees. Read moreI've been eating at Culver's for years and only had one previous complaint that they handled on the sport. Last week, Monday, was turtle cheesecake flavor of the day. I waited all day for this. Whoever mixed it , forgot the chocolate. I took it back in and the manager says it's mixed in. I showed him and the cashier that it was not mixed in the middle of it. So his solution was to offer me some chocolate to sprinkle on it. That's not what I paid for. So he didn't offer to remake it correctly, but gave me a small cup of dry chocolate. So I asked for a cup, dumped the custard out into the cupfrom the waffle cone, where you could see there was no chocolate in it clearer then, and added the dry chocolate.
