I have shopped at Banter by Piercing Pagoda since it first opened up in the Markland Mall (Kokomo, Indiana). The staff is always caring, knowledgeable & helpful with all my shopping needs. Your employee, Clarissa, always has a smile on her face, kindness in her heart & remains professional at all times no matter how rude her customers act. That, in my opinion, is rarely displayed now days. Thank you for employing people with integrity that take pride in a job well done. LIFE LONG...

My necklace broke 3 times and not once did I have a problem getting it replaced. They were out of 20 inch necklaces and as soon as they came in I was contacted immediately. It was pretty awesome and fast service. I definitely would recommend this place for your jewelry needs..they even carry body...

I let my ears grow back for a few years so I could get them repierced in a better location. When I explained to the woman what I wanted she didn't listen and repierced them in the exact same spot. Still can't wear wire earrings or anything larger than a small hoop. Very...
