When we arrived at Panda we were told no spring rolls were available. We were told spring rolls were only delivered Friday morning and they were already out by Saturday, this was normal so basically they only have them 1 day a week (might as well remove them from the menu. We then placed our order 1 plate with a side of rice. My gf then added another side of 1/2 and 1/2 rice and greens, we were told that was an 8 minute wait ✋ we declined the greens and opted for just a full side of rice. When we arrived at the window we were not given the second side of rice, apparently they had confused our order and thought we meant the rice that came with the plate so all we got was the plate. After minutes of arguing with us about who was right and who was wrong the manager "Richard" told us we were wrong and if we wanted a second side of rice we needed to drive back through and pay for it while our other entree would sit and get cold. We refused, I then proceeded to hand my plate back and asked for a refund. Richard said "No, you have your food you're not getting a refund". At this point we drove off having been robbed and literally having the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my 30 years...

But this is the second time we been there , I’m not understanding this portion size . I’m from Chicago & their panda out there is 10X better in taste & you get good amounts considering the price you pay . He had to tell her to add more meat to my tray because she only scooped a small portion all fast trying to hide the fact seemingly lol (Smaller then they would normally pack a tray) & barely gave me enough of the new bourbon chicken I literally had like 5pieces…then on top of that he stated the orange chicken was dang near gone n she refused to just give him the rest saying they mix that with the new ones they put out ! BIG NO, you can’t do that everyone who worked in food service knows that is not food safety practicing . Needless to say I’m not eating there again. Our first experience the rice was very hard / dry and food was not warm at all & we went close to the opening time too so you would think things would be fresh 🤷🏾♀️. Read moreI have ordered food from this location 4 times. First 2 was great. 3rd was just ok. Yesterday I ordered sesame chicken, almond chicken, chow mean, whit rice, mushrooms chicken. Lo mein was more like a bunch of cabbage. Rice was fine. 1 mushroom in the chicken mushroom order and the other 2 entrées were disgusting as well. The inside of the restaurant and drive through weren't busy, 4 cars on drive thru and 4 people inside eating. I guess that's not really busy. Where the food was being served was a mess! Inside smells of something burnt. One worker picked up a spoonful of food, commented that it is gross and tossed the spoon and food back with the other food, so it was mixed together. It was only 5:40pm.for a new restaurant, they need to get it together. I usually get the orange chicken. The employees seemed to all be upset about something. ...
