Sleep Number — Hotel in Kokomo

We had an outstanding experience at Sleep Number in Kokomo thanks to Jody. From the moment we started the conversation, she was kind, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and most of all, put up with my weird quirks and corny jokes. She also took the time to listen to our concerns, walked us through the entire process step by step, and made sure every question we had was answered clearly. She made sure we weren’t going to purchase something we didn’t like. She helped us narrow down our choices and helped us pick out the perfect bed that had everything we were looking for while keeping us in within our budget.

What stood out most was her genuine care and professionalism—she made us feel like a valued customer, not just another visitor to the store. She allowed us to take our time to make the best decision for us. It’s rare these days to receive such personalized and thorough support, and Jody went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

Awful bed! Awful sleep. Awful customer service and I they took $500 from me for a product I no longer have. What they won't tell you is its $250 to deliver and $250 to pick it up if you decide you don't like it. A wasted $500 and wasted sleep on a thin mattress. I purchased the C4 and it absolutely not worth the money. Listen to me do not buy these beds they're Awful! I'm purchasing my new be from Le'Meriden bc it slept like a complete dream. Stop in and see Nikki! She always welcomes us with a smile and is able to help based on need. She answers questions thoroughly and if she doesn’t have the answer, she figures it out. Nikki has a well adapted knowledge of all the products offered and how to make them adapt perfectly to each body type. Between her caring heart and knowledge, she’s our go to for sleep number products! She set us up for not just one bed but two beds for our house along with bedding for both!
