Serenity Spa and Boutique LLC — Local services in Kokomo

I've given the guy who works there too many chances, 4 to be exact. He did my eyebrows the 1st time, I liked them and I left a tip. The 2nd time, I did not like them but still left a tip. The 3rd time, I tried to guide him, he did not listen. I did not like them and I still left a tip. 4th time, I tried to guide him, he seemed annoyed, i did not like them, I tried to talk with him on how to fix them, he rushed me to make a decision and told me to "put the mirror down" when I was still considering the best route to fix them, so that he can just get me out the seat because some people whom he seemed very familiar with (they appeared to be of the same ethnicity and had on their traditional clothing/garments) can sit down. After he tried to do a quick fix, he walked to the register without asking if I was pleased. I followed him and paid without tip. He just walked away from the register. Didn't even bother to ask nor give me my receipt. As I walked out, I turned around and watched him and his attitude changed completely. He greeted these women so nicely, and it just seemed like they were about to have a joyous encounter which was totally opposite of mine. Why can't I have that same experience when I walk in!? Why is it that when I express my desire for my eyebrows, I am met with discontent? Why is it that I'm only valued and treated...

I've gotten my eyebrows done here for at least 3 years now. I'm awful with names (apologies) but through all the different (owners?) I've been to the last 3 the first lady was always on her phone nearly never talked to me and ... regularly made comments on how thick my brows are (I'm very aware lol) anyway the next lady was unbelievably nice and just the absolute SWEETEST and made GREAT conversation plus she did an amazing job shaping my brows and doing my lip and chin (however it hurt more... idk why but yea...) HOWEVER... the more recent person is a man and he does an INCREDIBLE JOB like I cant say it enough it hardly hurts at all what so ever AND he shapes my (very thick and usually overdue) eyebrows beautifully and my lip and chin are both always so good PLUS he has great small talk and explains the business so well ... this is thw only place in kokomo thatdoes threading and im just beyond STOKED that they're starting to market that and offer customers a better experience all around. Also I believe they offer deals with stars...

I have usually had a good experience with this place, but I went on 11/5/19 & had a lady whom has never helped me before completely blow my mind w/ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First off, she was wearing a blue tooth & having a full conversation w/ someone other than me & that in my opinion is completely rude. She must have been eating something before I came in because her hands & breath were horrible smelling. She proceeded to do both my eyebrows & my upper lip. The sides of my lip were bleeding pretty bad & my top lip looked like a hickey. She said "oh, you must have really sensitive skin-I replied no you just did a horrible job! All of that & hair was still all over my lip but i told her she was done touching. I have had this process done for years & have never had this happen.
