I go here quite frequently and almost any other time I would rate this store higher, but today after being asked by a young man if I needed help and I told him no thank you he continuously stayed very near by myself and my family the whole time. All we were doing was browsing until I found the book I wanted to purchase and even then he continued to stare and just follow us throughout the whole store making my family and I feel very uncomfortable. We informed the cashier when we went to checkout and they did not seem to care one way or the other. I'm sorry but there seemed to be more things to do than follow around parents and a young girl around a bookstore....

Had a good shopping experience here. Many good and affordable reading materials, while some stuff is of course more affordably available to purchase online at your own leisure. The coffee shop inside was a nice touch. Only thing that keeps me from giving a full 5 stars is because the store seems to have some management issues. Over all seems a bit unorganized; with sections being in odd places... the checkout area on one half of the store is not utilized at all and is basically looking like a catch all and the bathrooms are kind of icky. The manager was terrible!! My daughter picked 3 books from a whole wall of books with stickers ON them that said, “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”. When we got to the checkout the manager was checking us out and said one of the books didn’t qualify. Instead of making it right and giving it to us in the deal she said the sticker was on there by mistake. She just kept asking me over and over if we wanted to choose another book. Completely ignoring me continually asking her to fix the price!! So they did get a 4th book out of me, but she should have...
