I don't typically leave bad reviews but I want others to know so they don't make the same mistake I did. I had a Intoxalock device installed in my car and the company I got the device from lured me in as a customer with lies and told me that install would be free and first month would be free. So they set my appointment up with Z-Tech. When I went to pick my car up I was told it would cost me $300 or my car would not be released, but when I dropped it off they failed to mention that particular one important thing. Yes the device company said it was free but it's what Z-Tech charges so it was their responsibility to tell me in the first place whether they thought the company did or not. I want to end my business with Intoxalock since I signed up for the device on my own so I can go somewhere else. I only had the device in my car for 18 hours when I called. I asked for his help and I said sorry if I got upset the day before. I had every right to because that was all the money I had for bills. He told me no I will not help you out, it's just business, I need to pay to keep my lights on. He completely understands how they are treating me, but he is no better than they are because I researched online and normally install is under $100 and to remove it is under $100. Average so called mechanics only make 20 an hour in Indiana so he is taking advantage of people hardcore. To simply remove the device they were going to charge me another $225 dollars. I will never trust anyone off hand and I will never be doing business with Z-Tech ever again after this because they may be my only option to get the device out of my car. I truly hated leaving this review but its morally wrong to take advantage of people who are working hard to fix the mistakes...

if -5 was possible I'd rate them -5 had 3 appointments before the time to install and hundreds of dollars in parts orders getting the time organized with family to get the vehicle in was organized i also drive one hour and then get their at 8:50am for a 9am appointment an drop the car off three hours later I drive by in my car to check on my daughters car and it's still sitting out in the lot I go into check and they say we are not interested in doing the work we thought you were installing different items and never called me i was just waiting around town since i lived so far away really after a month on the phone setting up appointments with my money and time and now my daughters disappointment after long waiting and now the works not getting done they have the gull to speak to me like this "we're not interested in doing the work sorry sorry I just spent hundreds of dollars and time to drive here plus the attitude of the owner I heard him after walking away saying I got more important things to worry about than this !! negative five if possible avoid if at all possible herd other people who waited a long time after having appointments and others with their vehicles scratched those were concerns going again avoid them if at all possible is my...

Had an apt to tint my front windshield. Said my apt was at 10. About an hour and half later I still had gotten no call or text when I was told it was to take about an hour maybe a little longer. Anyways , go back to the place at 11:30 and my car still hadn’t even been touched. Still sitting in the same exact place I dropped it off at. Long story short , my apt was at 10 and it didn’t get done till 3:30 and they closed at 4 that day. Now I’m no tint guy , but I know it doesn’t take 5.5 hours to tint a freakin front windshield. I’ve had previous vehicles completely tinted out in less time than that , and we are talking every window. Obviously need to re think how they set up apts and need to work on their lack of communication

Btw , all my windows , including my windshield have water spots. I had them put a 5% all around with a 35% on the entire front windshield a couple months ago and there are still small water spots throughout all the windows including the windshield. Definitely should of been dried by now , if that was the case. Paid over 300 dollars for sh!t work and sh!t...
