Definitely very helpful, they did the work for half the price as the Samsung repair shop would, and were very willing to help with basic carrier problems afterwards, and did much better than the carrier did at getting it figured out, don't waste your time with the carriers, don't waste your money with other shops, they'll get you on your way, quicker, cheaper, and have the problem ACTUALLY fixed...
